This invention relates. to envelops; and the object thereof is to provide an improved device of this class which is so constructed, that when once filled ,and, sealed it cannot be opened without destroy' the same or producing evidence of the f l et that it has been opened or tampered with.

When an envelo constructed in this manner has been sealed in the manner described,
