Our invention relates to a cloth cutter to be'attached to the top of the counter in a dry goods. store.

Referring to the parts: Secured to the counter top, A, is a horizontal T-way, B, which extends from the front tothe rear of the counter, preferably at rightangles to the -front and rear edges thereof.
