My invention relates 'to a revolving exhibit-display apparatus for store use in dis laying changing fashions or styles and also or use as a means of advertising the same by illulnined panel means applied thereto, and in such connection my invention has relation to the constructive arrangement of the apparatus and in connection therewith of t e manner of exhibiting by illumined' displays:
