Arranged at suitable intervals on the bars are the double-coil springs D, Whose ends are secured to the upper sides of the frame A, and Whose bights, curvinfor upwards and inwards, are in position to receive the webbing E, which is woven backwards and forwards in and out of the bights, elastic cushion when covered with any suitable material, and ada of prop-er dimensions, a luxurious and cheap spring-bed.
What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, isp The spring-seat herein described, the same formed by the combination, with the frame A, of the series of double-coil springs D on the four sides thereof, and having their loops or bights pointing inwardly, and connected by the transverse and longitudinal interlaced webbing, as and for thepnrpose set forth.
