IMPROVED MOVABLB manet-STAND.
TO ALL .WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Be it known that I, P. J'. SKINNER, of Oswego, Ain the county of Oswego, and State of New York, have invented a new and improved Movable Barrel-Stand; and Ido hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, which will enable those skilled inthe art to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming pai-tof this specification.
