Falls, in the county of Seneca,.and State of New York, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Machines for Polishing the InnerSurfaces of Metallic Tubes and I' do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being I had tothe annexeddrawings, in which-- Figure 1 is a perspective view, and Figure 2 a top view. The same letters are employed in both the figures in the indication of identicalparts.
