We claim:
1. A device of the class described comprising a frame having a front wall and two spaced end side walls extending at substantially right angles from said front wall, said side walls having slots therethrough lying in a common plane, a bolt having the extremities passing through said slots, locking means for locking said bolt at any desired substantially horizontal position within said slots, said bolt having a roller rotatably and slidably mounted thereon, and means for looking a cutter blade against said front wall at a' level.

The device set forth in claim 1, said lastnamed means comprising a number of horizontally spaced plates each having an opening therethrough, said front wall having a like number of openings therethrough, a like number of screw bolts, each of said last-named screw bolts passing through one of said front wall openings and one of said last-named plate openings, nuts on said screw bolts, one of said plates having a rounded spacer projection on that side thereof 11 which faces said front wall, said projection being positioned below the said opening through said last-named plate.
3. A device of the class described comprising a frame having a front wall and two spaced end 11 side walls at substantially right angles to said front wall, said side walls having slots therethrough lying in a common vertical plane, a bolt having its extremities passing through said slots, locking means for locking said bolt at any desired substantially horizontal position within said slots, said bolt having a roller rotatably and slidably mounted thereon, means for looking a cutter blade against said front wall at a level below the level of said bolt, said first-named locking means comprising plates having openings therethrough receptive of the ends of said bolt and having additional openings therethrough, screw bolts passing through said additional openings, nuts on said screw bolts, said last-named locking means comprising a number of horizontally spaced plates each having an opening therethrough, said front wall having a like number of openings therethrough, a like number of screw bolts, each of said last-named screw bolts passing through one of said front wall openings and one of said last-named plate openings, nuts on said last-named screw bolts, one of said last-named plates having a rounded spacer projection on that side thereof which faces said front wall, said projection being positioned near the lower edge of said one of said plates.
