claims (o1. 15s- 25) It is difficult to flange openings outwardly in tubes, especially when the tubes are long and have a number `of closely spaced openings therein to 4 be flanged.

Members 5l are preferably provided with ledges 63 lon which sleeves 55 rest; thus when head 35 is moved downwardly, projections 54 will contact the sleeve and move together to the position shown in Figure 3 and after passing through the sleeve, projections 54 will move to the position shown in Figure 2.

2. A device as recited in claim 1 including;
