Thistool 2I shown in Fig. '5 is provided with arms 22 having a distance or gap between them such that these arms may slide along the bottoms of two opposite kerfs 20 of the shank I I of the punch. The side walls of these kerfs act as shoulders abutting endwise of the shank against the wrench, so thatjwhen-rthe wrench 2I is turnedor moved endwise, it willimpart similar movements to the punch I, This wrench 2| may have a handle portion-23 -by which it may be turned and moved endwise.

The stripper, designated generally by reference A, is formed of two flat plates 24 and 25 which abut face to face and are removably coupled together. Shouldered screws 26 are-threaded into the plate 24 so as to extend therefromtowards the plates 4, I '5, 6 ,and I, and. the shanks-of these screws 26 extendthrough and slide endwise in apertures 21 the plate .1, and into recesses 28, 29' and 30 in'the plates 4, 5 and 6 respectively.
'The heads -3I of the screws thus are slidably and rotatably disposed within the alined recesses 28, 28 and 30, but engagement of the heads 3| with the plate 'I will limit the movement of the plate24 in a direction away from the-holder 2 formed bythe plates 4, 5,.6 and I.
A helical compression spring 32 surrounds each screwZB and is under compression between. the plate land the plate 24 so as to yieldingly urge the plate 24 in a direction away from the plate I to the extent permitted by the engagement of the heads 3| of the screws 26 with the plate I. The plate 24 is provided with an aperture 33 en'tirelytherethrough and alined with the punch I. 'Iheaperture 33 is'of a size to freely pass the wrench therethrough and to enable it to be applied to or removed from the shank II of the punch with the handle part of the wrench descending below the punch and the plate 24.
