Abstract

A cement drill bit is disclosed. The drill bit includes a drill bit body. The drill bit body includes a drill bit stem section and a drill bit stem cutter head section. The drill bit stem section is in transmission connection with the output end of a drilling machine. The drill bit stem cutter head section includes a cutter head section core, the cutter head section core is provided with a cutter edge spirally extending along the axial direction. The cutter edge includes a cutter point cutter edge section, a cutter body cutter edge section and a cutter tail cutter edge section. The cutter head section core is of a conical column structure gradually expanding along the radial dimension extending from the cutter point cutter edge section to the cutter tail cutter edge section.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The disclosure relates to a cement drill bit, in particular to an improved cement drill bit, and belongs to the field of drill bits of drilling machines.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • The drill bit is a part at the processing end of a drilling machine and is a tool for drilling through holes or blind holes in materials such as cement or reaming the existing holes. Commonly used drill bits mainly include twist drills, flat drills, center drills, deep hole drills, and trepanning drills. During the operation of digging a pit, the drill bit makes circumferential rotary motion and axial drilling motion, materials such as cement are cut under the action of torque and axial force of the drill bit, and generated cutting chips are sent out of a drilling surface under the action of extrusion and centrifugal force of a drill bit blade, so that the technical purpose of drilling is achieved. Currently, the rod bodies of all twist drills adopt even and straight rod bodies, under the action of the torque force of an electric tool, the handle parts of the rod bodies are most easily broken, when the torque force of the electric tool is very large, strong torque force is transmitted to the handle parts of the rod bodies of the drills, and under the condition that the drills are blocked, the handle parts of the rod bodies of the drills are most easily twisted off.
  • SUMMARY
  • The disclosure discloses a new scheme of a cement drill bit, which adopts a cement drill bit scheme with a cone-column-shaped drill bit head section rod core, and solves the problem that the handle part of a rod body of the drill bit is easy to twist off under the action of strong torsion of the existing similar products. The cement drill includes a drill body. The drill body includes a drill bit stem section and a drill stem cutter head section, the drill bit stem section is in transmission connection with the output end of a drilling machine, the drill stem cutter head section comprises a cutter head section core, a cutter edge spirally extending along the axial direction is arranged on the cutter head section core, the cutter edge comprises a cutter point cutter edge section, a cutter body cutter edge section and a cutter tail cutter edge section, and the cutter head section core is of a conical column structure gradually expanding along the radial dimension extending from the cutter point cutter edge section to the cutter tail cutter edge section. Furthermore, the drill bit stem section is in transmission connection with the output end of the drilling machine through a drill head connector, the drill head connector includes a drilling machine connecting piece and a drill head connecting assembly, one end of the drilling machine connecting piece is in transmission connection with the output end of the drilling machine, and the other end of the drilling machine connecting piece is matched with the drill head connecting assembly and is in positioning connection with the drill bit stem section. Furthermore, one end of the drilling machine connecting piece is provided with a connecting screw rod, the connecting screw rod is in transmission connection with the output end of the drilling machine, the other end of the drilling machine connecting piece is provided with an open connecting cavity, the end of the drill bit stem section extends into the connecting cavity, the outer side of the connecting cavity is in threaded connection with the internal nut, and the internal nut is matched with the connecting cavity to lock and position the end of the drill bit stem section extending into the connecting cavity through the internal nut. Further, the connection intracavity of this scheme is equipped with the chucking setting element, the lower extreme and the connection chamber of chucking setting element are connected, the top of chucking setting element is equipped with the pressure-bearing platform, be equipped with bellied cross chucking round pin on the pressure-bearing platform, be equipped with sunken cross chucking groove on the terminal surface of the end of drill bit stem section, cross chucking groove and cross chucking round pin cooperation form circumference location and be connected, the interior nut of screwing sticiss the end of drill bit stem section on the pressure-bearing platform and form the axial positioning and connect. Further, the lower extreme of chucking setting element of this scheme is equipped with the locking guide arm, is equipped with the guide arm slider on the locking guide arm, and the guide arm slider forms direction sliding connection with the guide arm spout on the inside wall of the locking inner chamber of connecting the intracavity, and the locking guide arm that stretches into the locking inner chamber passes through the spring and forms elastic connection with the bottom of locking inner chamber. The cement drill bit adopts the cement drill bit scheme with the cone-column-shaped drill bit head section rod core, and has the characteristics that the structural performance of the handle part of the bit rod body is enhanced, and the bit rod body is not easy to twist off under the action of strong torque.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • A general flow diagram of an embodiment of the disclosure is shown in FIG. 1 . As shown in FIG. 1 , the cement drill of the present invention includes a drill body, the drill body includes a drill shank section and a drill shank tip section, the drill shank section is in transmission connection with an output end of the drilling machine, the drill shank tip section includes a tip section core, a cutter edge extending spirally in an axial direction is provided on the tip section core, the cutter edge includes a tip cutter edge section, a body cutter edge section, and a tail cutter edge section, and the tip section core is a conical column structure extending in a radial direction from the tip cutter edge section to the tail cutter edge section. The technical scheme adopts the cement drill bit scheme that has the drill bit tool bit section core of awl column shape, utilizes the tool bit section core of awl column structure to strengthen the structural performance of the stalk portion of the body of rod, improves its anti twist-off s ability through the radial dimension that increases the stalk portion promptly, and the body of rod that adds is thick can bear bigger torsion to the stalk portion of the body of rod of drill bit meets the problem of hindering the twist-off under strong torsion effect has been overcome. Consequently, this scheme is compared current like product and is had the stalk portion structural performance reinforcing of the tool bit body of rod, the characteristic of difficult twist-off under strong moment of torsion effect. In order to realize the connection of the drill bit shank and the drilling machine and meet the connection requirements of drill bits with various rod diameter sizes, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 , the drill bit stem section of the scheme is in transmission connection with the output end of the drilling machine through a drill bit connector, the drill bit connector comprises a drilling machine connecting piece and a drill bit connecting assembly, one end of the drilling machine connecting piece is in transmission connection with the output end of the drilling machine, and the other end of the drilling machine connecting piece is matched with the drill bit connecting assembly to be in positioning connection with the drill bit stem section. Based on the above scheme, in order to realize the stability of connection, as shown in FIG. 3 , one end of the drill connector of the scheme is provided with a connecting screw rod, the connecting screw rod is in transmission connection with the output end of the drill, the other end of the drill connector is provided with an open connecting cavity, the end of the drill bit stem section extends into the connecting cavity, the outer side of the connecting cavity is in threaded connection with an internal nut, and the internal nut is matched with the connecting cavity to lock and position the end of the drill bit stem section extending into the connecting cavity through the internal nut. In order to realize the axial of drill bit and the location of circumference, avoid not hard up skidding, as shown in FIGS. 3-9 , the connection intracavity of this scheme is equipped with the chucking setting element, the lower extreme and the connection chamber of chucking setting element are connected, the top of chucking setting element is equipped with the bearing platform, the bearing bench is equipped with bellied cross chucking round pin, be equipped with sunken cross chucking groove on the terminal surface of the end of drill bit stem section, cross chucking groove forms the circumference location with the cooperation of cross chucking round pin and is connected, the interior nut of screwing sticiss the end of drill bit stem section and forms the axial positioning and connects on the bearing platform. Based on above scheme, in order to avoid the threaded connection between interior nut and the connection chamber to produce not hard up, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 5 , the lower extreme of the chucking setting element of this scheme is equipped with the locking guide arm, is equipped with the guide arm slider on the locking guide arm, and the guide arm slider forms direction sliding connection with the guide arm spout on the inside wall of the locking inner chamber of connection intracavity, and the locking guide arm that stretches into the locking inner chamber passes through the spring and forms elastic connection with the bottom of locking inner chamber. In the scheme, after the internal nut is screwed, under the action of the spring, the threaded connection between the internal nut and the connecting cavity generates elastic pressing force, so that threaded connection is locked, and the condition of looseness caused by vibration is reduced. The structures, components, and the like disclosed in the present embodiment can be implemented by general and conventional means known in the art, unless otherwise specified. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed, and the technical solutions presented in the examples can be extended based on the understanding of those skilled in the art, and the simple alternatives made by those skilled in the art according to the present invention in combination with the common general knowledge also belong to the scope of the present invention.

Claims (5)

What is claimed is:
1. A cement drill bit, comprising:
a drill bit body, wherein the drill bit body comprises a drill bit stem section and a drill bit stem cutter head section; the drill bit stem section is in transmission connection with the output end of a drilling machine; the drill bit stem cutter head section comprises a cutter head section core, a cutter edge which extends spirally along the axial direction is arranged on the cutter head section core, the cutter edge comprises a cutter point cutter edge section, a cutter body cutter edge section and a cutter tail cutter edge section, and the cutter head section core is of a conical column structure which gradually expands along a radial dimension extending from the cutter point cutter edge section to the cutter tail cutter edge section.
2. The cement drill bit of claim 1, wherein the drill bit stem section is drivingly connected to the output of the drilling machine through a drill connector; wherein the drill connector comprises a drill connector, a drill bit connector assembly; one end of the drill connector is drivingly connected to the output of the drilling machine, the other end of the drill connector mates with the drill bit connector assembly to be positionally fixed to the drill bit stem section.

The cement drill bit of claim 2, wherein one end of the drill connector is provided with a connecting screw rod, the connecting screw rod is in transmission connection with the output end of the drill, the other end of the drill connector is provided with an opened connecting cavity, the end of the drill bit stem section extends into the connecting cavity, the outer side of the connecting cavity is in threaded connection with an internal nut, and the internal nut is matched with the connecting cavity to lock and position the end of the drill bit stem section extending into the connecting cavity through the internal nut.

The cement drill bit of claim 3, wherein a clamping positioning member is arranged in the connecting cavity, the lower end of the clamping positioning member is connected with the connecting cavity, a pressure bearing table is arranged at the top of the clamping positioning member, a raised cross clamping pin is arranged on the pressure bearing table, a recessed cross clamping groove is arranged on the end face of the end of the drill bit stem section, the cross clamping groove is matched with the cross clamping pin to form circumferential positioning connection, and the screwed internal nut presses the end of the drill bit stem section on the pressure bearing table to form axial positioning connection.
5. The cement drill bit of claim 4, wherein the lower end of the clamping positioner is provided with a locking guide rod, the locking guide rod is provided with a guide rod sliding block, the guide rod sliding block is in guiding sliding connection with a guide rod sliding groove on the inner side wall of the locking inner cavity in the connecting cavity, and the locking guide rod extending into the locking inner cavity is in elastic connection with the bottom of the locking inner cavity through a spring.
