Abstract
The present invention discloses an automatic panning crib, comprising a bed frame, a bed board, a bed body assembly, and a panning assembly. The bed board is installed on the bed frame. The bed body assembly is installed on the bed board. The panning assembly is fixedly sleeved on the bed frame. The panning assembly is connected to a lower surface of the bed board. A driving mechanism is arranged between the bed frame and the bed board. In the present invention, the crib is automatically panned by the driving mechanism. To achieve a better mute effect, a belt drive is adopted to achieve the effect of noise reduction and shock absorption.
Description
- This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application 202221491597.0, filed on Jun. 14, 2022, which is incorporated herein by reference.
- The present invention relates to the technical field of a crib, in particular to an automatic panning crib.
- A crib refers to a bed for infants and young children. With the development of society, cribs have more and more functions, for example, some cribs have a panning function.
- At present, most of the cribs with the panning function are shaken manually, which requires parents to operate all the time, so that the parents need to keep watching all the time and cannot have a good rest. Therefore, the cribs need to be improved.
- The present invention solves the problem that most of cribs with a panning function in the prior art are shaken manually, which requires parents to operate all the time, so that parents need to keep watching all the time and cannot take a good rest.
- To solve the above problem, the present invention adopts the following solutions: the present invention provides an automatic panning crib, comprising a bed frame, a bed board, a bed body assembly, and a panning assembly. The bed board is installed on the bed frame. The bed body assembly is installed on the bed board. The panning assembly is fixedly sleeved on the bed frame. The panning assembly is connected to a lower surface of the bed board. A driving mechanism is arranged between the bed frame and the bed board;
- The driving mechanism mainly comprises a connecting part, a connecting rod, a rotating block, and an electric part;
- The connecting part is arranged on the lower surface of the bed board. One end of the connecting rod is arranged on the connecting part. The rotating block is connected to the connecting rod via a pin shaft. The electric part is arranged between the bed frame and the connecting rod, and the rotating block is arranged on the electric part.
- Preferably, the connecting part mainly comprises a beam, a slot, and a connecting insertion member;
- The beam is connected to the bed board and the panning assembly, respectively. The beam is opened and provided with the slot. The connecting insertion member is inserted in the slot, and the connecting insertion member is connected to the connecting rod via the pin shaft.
- Preferably, the electric part mainly comprises an outer shell, a sub-cover, a driving motor, a reduction wheel set A, a belt A, a reduction wheel set B, a belt B, a reduction wheel set C, a driven wheel set, a fixing rod, and a buckle cover;
- The outer shell is connected to the bed frame. The sub-cover is connected to the outer shell. The driving motor is connected to the outer shell. The reduction wheel set A is connected between the outer shell and the sub-cover via the pin shaft. The belt A is sleeved on an output terminal of the driving motor and the reduction wheel set A. The reduction wheel set B is connected between the outer shell and the sub-cover via the pin shaft. The belt B is sleeved on the reduction wheel set B and the reduction wheel set A. The reduction wheel set C is connected between the outer shell and the sub-cover via the pin shaft. The reduction wheel set C and the reduction wheel set B are meshed with each other. The driven wheel set is connected between the outer shell and the sub-cover via the pin shaft. The driven wheel set and the reduction wheel set C are meshed with each other. The fixing rod is connected to the driven wheel set. The fixing rod passes through the outer shell. The fixing rod is fixedly embedded in the rotating block, and the buckle cover is connected to the outer shell.
- Preferably, a loudspeaker is provided in the outer shell, and the loudspeaker is connected to the buckle cover.
- Preferably, a support board is clamped in the outer shell. A circuit board is connected to one side of the support board, and a panel is embedded in the outer shell.
- Preferably, the buckle cover is opened and provided with a sound-amplifying hole.
- Preferably, one side of the outer shell is opened and provided with a power jack.
- Compared with the prior art, the advantages and positive effects of the present invention lie in the followings: the crib is automatically panned by the driving mechanism. To achieve a better mute effect, a belt drive is adopted to achieve the effect of noise reduction and shock absorption.
- In order to describe the technical solutions of embodiments of the present invention more clearly, the following briefly introduces the drawings that need to be used in the embodiments. Obviously, the drawings in the following description are some of embodiments of the present invention. Those skilled in the art can obtain other drawings based on these drawings without creative work.

- In order to more clearly understand the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments in the present application and the features in the embodiments can be combined with each other if no conflict is provided.
- Many specific details are set forth in the following description to facilitate a full understanding of the present invention. However, the present invention may also be implemented in other ways than described herein. Therefore, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments of the following disclosure.
- Embodiments can be seen from the
FIGS. 1-7 of the description, this solution is an automatic panning crib, comprising abed frame 1, abed board 2, abed body assembly 3, and a panningassembly 4. Thebed board 2 is installed on thebed frame 1. Thebed body assembly 3 is installed on thebed board 2. The panningassembly 4 is fixedly sleeved on thebed frame 1. The panningassembly 4 is connected to a lower surface of thebed board 2, and a driving mechanism is arranged between thebed frame 1 and thebed board 2. - The driving mechanism mainly comprises a connecting part, a connecting
rod 8, arotating block 19, and an electric part. - The connecting part is arranged on the lower surface of the
bed board 2. One end of the connectingrod 8 is arranged on the connecting part. Therotating block 19 is connected to the connectingrod 8 via a pin shaft. The electric part is arranged between thebed frame 1 and the connectingrod 8. Therotating block 19 is arranged on the electric part. - In a specific implementation process, the
bed body assembly 3 and the connecting part are installed on thebed board 2. Then, the panningassembly 4 is fixed between thebed frame 1 and thebed board 2. The electric part is installed on thebed frame 1. When in use, the electric part drives the connectingrod 8 to reciprocate. The connectingrod 8 drives the connecting part. The connecting part cooperates with the panningassembly 4 to drive thebed board 2 to reciprocate. - It can be seen from
FIGS. 1-7 of the description that the foregoing connecting part mainly comprises abeam 5, aslot 6, and a connectinginsertion member 7. - The
beam 5 is connected to thebed board 2 and the panningassembly 4, respectively. Thebeam 5 is opened and provided with theslot 6. The connectinginsertion member 7 is inserted in theslot 6. The connectinginsertion member 7 is connected to the connectingrod 8 via the pin shaft. - In the specific implementation process, the
beam 5 is fixed between thebed board 2 and the panningassembly 4. The connectingrod 8 is connected to the connectinginsertion member 7 via the pin shaft. The connectinginsertion member 7 is inserted into theslot 6 to drive thebed board 2 to reciprocate. - It can be seen from
FIGS. 1-7 of the description that the foregoing electric part mainly comprises anouter shell 9, a sub-cover 10, a drivingmotor 11, a reduction wheel set A12, a belt A13, a reduction wheel set B14, a belt B15, a reduction wheel set C16, a driven wheel set 17, a fixingrod 18, and abuckle cover 20. - The
outer shell 9 is connected to thebed frame 1. The sub-cover 10 is connected to theouter shell 9. The drivingmotor 11 is connected to theouter shell 9. The reduction wheel set A12 is connected between theouter shell 9 and the sub-cover 10 via the pin shaft. The belt A13 is sleeved on an output terminal of the drivingmotor 11 and the reduction wheel set A12. The reduction wheel set B14 is connected between theouter shell 9 and the sub-cover 10 via the pin shaft. The belt B15 is sleeved on the reduction wheel set B14 and the reduction wheel set A12. The reduction wheel set C16 is connected between theouter shell 9 and the sub-cover 10 via the pin shaft. The reduction wheel set C16 and the reduction wheel set B14 are meshed with each other. The driven wheel set 17 is connected between theouter shell 9 and the sub-cover 10 via the pin shaft. The driven wheel set 17 and the reduction wheel set C16 are meshed with each other. The fixingrod 18 is connected to the driven wheel set 17. The fixingrod 18 passes through theouter shell 9. The fixingrod 18 is fixedly embedded in therotating block 19. Thebuckle cover 20 is connected to theouter shell 9. - In the specific implementation process, the driving
motor 11 drives the reduction wheel set A12 via the belt A13. The reduction wheel set A12 drives the reduction wheel set B14 via the belt B15. The reduction wheel set B14 drives the driven wheel set 17 by meshing with the reduction wheel set C16. The driven wheel set 17 drives therotating block 19 via the fixingrod 18, thereby realizing reciprocating motion of the connectingrod 8, and realizing the effects of noise reduction and shock absorption via the belt A13 and the belt B15. - As can be seen from
FIGS. 1-7 of the description, the foregoingouter shell 9 is provided with aloudspeaker 21. Theloudspeaker 21 is connected to thebuckle cover 20. Asupport board 22 is clamped in theouter shell 9. One side of thesupport board 22 is connected to acircuit board 23. Apanel 24 is embedded in theouter shell 9. Thebuckle cover 20 is opened and provided with a sound-amplifyinghole 25. One side of theouter shell 9 is opened and provided with apower jack 26. - In the specific implementation process, sound such as music can be played by the
loudspeaker 21. Thecircuit board 23 on thesupport board 22 can be controlled by thepanel 24 to control the drivingmotor 11 and theloudspeaker 21. The sound-amplifyinghole 25 is configured to amplify sound of theloudspeaker 21. Thepower jack 26 is a reserved hole for energizing the drivingmotor 11 and theloudspeaker 21. - The above are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention in other forms. Those skilled in the art may use the technical content disclosed above to make changes or modifications to the embodiments with equivalent changes that are applied to other arts. However, any simple modifications, equivalent changes and variants made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention still fall into the protection scope of the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the content of the technical solutions of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. An automatic panning crib, comprising a bed frame (1), a bed board (2), a bed body assembly (3), and a panning assembly (4), the bed board (2) being installed on the bed frame (1), the bed body assembly (3) being installed on the bed board (2), the panning assembly (4) being fixedly sleeved on the bed frame (1), the panning assembly (4) being connected to a lower surface of the bed board (2), wherein a driving mechanism is arranged between the bed frame (1) and the bed board (2);
The driving mechanism mainly comprises a connecting part, a connecting rod (8), a rotating block (19), and an electric part;
The connecting part is arranged on the lower surface of the bed board (1), one end of the connecting rod (8) is arranged on the connecting part, the rotating block (19) is connected to the connecting rod (8) via a pin shaft, the electric part is arranged between the bed frame (1) and the connecting rod (8), and the rotating block (19) is arranged on the electric part.
2. The automatic panning crib according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting part mainly comprises a beam (5), a slot (6) and a connecting insertion member (7);
The beam (5) is connected to the bed board (2) and the panning assembly (4), respectively, the beam (5) is opened and provided with the slot (6), the connecting insertion member (7) is inserted in the slot (6), and the connecting insertion member (7) is connected to the connecting rod (8) via the pin shaft.

The automatic panning crib according to claim 2 , wherein the electric part mainly comprises an outer shell (9), a sub-cover (10), a driving motor (11), a reduction wheel set A(12), a belt A(13), a reduction wheel set B(14), a belt B(15), a reduction wheel set C(16), a driven wheel set (17), a fixing rod (18), and a buckle cover (20);
The outer shell (9) is connected to the bed frame (1), the sub-cover (10) is connected to the outer shell (9), the driving motor (11) is connected to the outer shell (9), the reduction wheel set A(12) is connected between the outer shell (9) and the sub-cover (10) via the pin shaft, the belt A(13) is sleeved on an output terminal of the driving motor (11) and the reduction wheel set A(12), the reduction wheel set B(14) is connected between the outer shell (9) and the sub-cover (10) via the pin shaft, the belt B(15) is sleeved on the reduction wheel set B(14) and the reduction wheel set A (12), the reduction wheel set C 16) is connected between the outer shell (9) and the sub-cover (10) via the pin shaft, the reduction wheel set C(16) and the reduction wheel set B (14) are meshed with each other, the driven wheel set (17) is connected between the outer shell (9) and the sub-cover (10) via the pin shaft, the driven wheel set (17) and the reduction wheel set C(16) are meshed with each other, the fixing rod (18) is connected to the driven wheel set (17), the fixing rod (18) passes through the outer shell (9), the fixing rod (18) is fixedly embedded in the rotating block (19), and the buckle cover (20) is connected to the outer shell (9).
4. The automatic panning crib according to claim 2 , wherein a loudspeaker (21) is provided in the outer shell (9), and the loudspeaker (21) is connected to the buckle cover (20).
5. The automatic panning crib according to claim 3 , wherein a support board (22) is clamped in the outer shell (9), a circuit board (23) is connected to one side of the support board (22), and a panel (24) is embedded in the outer shell (9).
6. The automatic panning crib according to claim 2 , wherein the buckle cover (20) is opened and provided with a sound-amplifying hole (25).
7. The automatic panning crib according to claim 4 , wherein one side of the outer shell (9) is opened and provided with a power jack (26).
