  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is an oblique top elevational view of a cleaning device using a hair treatment structure in accordance with the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is a schematic oblique top elevational view of the hair scrubber.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic top view of the hair scrubber.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic oblique bottom elevational view of the hair scrubber.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic sectional view of the power drive.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • Referring to FIGS. 1-5, a hair treatment structure is used in a cleaning device comprising a cleaning device main body 100 and a drum 200 installed on the cleaning device main body 100. The hair treatment structure comprises two hair scrubbers 300 installed on the cleaning device main body 100, and the two hair scrubbers 300 are close to the two opposite ends of the drum 200 respectively.
  • The hair scrubber 300 comprises a supporting member 310 and a plurality of soft and elastic hair-scrubbing components 320 arranged on the supporting member 310.
  • One end of the drum 200 is connected with a power drive 400 for driving the rotation of the drum 200, and the power drive 400 comprises a housing 410 and a driving member 420. The driving member 420 passes through the housing 410 from inside to outside and connects to the drum 200. Between the driving member 420 and the housing 410 is provided a baffle 430 for blocking hair from entering the housing 410. During the use of the drum-type cleaning device, the hair is entangled on the drum rotated together with the drum. As the drum is rotating the entangled hair will gradually accumulate at both ends of the drum. Therefore, the two ends of the drum become a gathering place for hair. As long as the entangled hair is treated uniformly at both ends of the drum, the hair can be cleaned up. In particular, if the cleaning device pulls the hair down by setting a negative pressure system, the hair can be completely sucked away.
  • Therefore, in the specific implementation of the present invention, the hair scrubbers 300 are set at both ends of the drum 200 to pluck and remove the gathered hair. The hair scrubber 300 includes the necessary supporting structure, which is the supporting member 310, which is specifically fixed to the corresponding fixed structure, such as the cleaning device main body 100, to ensure the stable existence of its structure. The hair-scrubbing components 320 are set on the supporting member 310 to directly scrub the hair, and the hair-scrubbing components 320 use the rotation of the drum 200 to scrub the hair. Generally, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are made of soft and elastic materials, such as plastic materials. In specific implementation, bristles can be installed on the drum to achieve. This existing material has a large size, softness and elasticity, and can arrange the bristles at a larger interval to meet the actual effect. Larger size and larger spacing settings can avoid self-winding hair caused by dense planting. Metal bristles will produce scratch defects, and metal bristles are generally not used.
  • During the use of the drum type cleaning device, the hair is easy to pass through the gap between the components due to its fineness, and then affects the use of the drum. The most obvious is to enter the power mechanism used to drive the rotation of the drum through the gap. The power mechanism generally comprises a motor for providing rotating speed, a gear mechanism for speed change, and a driving member that connects the drum and the output of the gearbox to drive the drum to rotate. In order to achieve the effect of protection and structural stability, the power mechanism generally comprises a housing. To affect the gear mechanism and motor mentioned above, the hair needs to enter the housing.
  • Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, during the implementation of this solution, a baffle 430 for blocking hair from entering the housing 410 is provided between the driving member 420 and the housing 410. The baffle 430 itself only acts as a space barrier and cannot interfere with the rotation of the driving member 420. Therefore, in the specific implementation, it can be made of felt material. The felt material itself is lighter and looser than rubber, plastic and other materials. When it is set between the housing 410 and the driving member 420, it can effectively block the hair from entering the motor, and it will not interfere or block the rotation of driving member 420.
  • In specific implementation, preferably, as shown in FIG. 4, a lower arc surface 311 facing the drum 200 is formed on the supporting member 310. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower arc surface 311 is concave and curved, and the lower arc surface 311 faces the drum 200 with a shape-fitting effect, which is convenient for setting the hair-scrubbing components 320.
  • In the specific implementation, preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are linear and arranged perpendicular to the central axis of the drum 200. In this setting form, the lower end of each hair-scrubbing component 320 extends vertically to the drum 200, forming a relative positional relationship of 90°. Based on the fact that the hair will be concentrated to the most edge position of the ends of the drum 200 due to the rotation. Therefore, this vertical structure has a good cleaning effect on the hair. With this structure, the hair-scrubbing components 320 can be set on the lower arc surface 311 mentioned above.
  • In the specific implementation, preferably, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are linear and arranged at an acute angle with the central axis of the drum 200. As shown in FIG. 4, the setting form of the hair-scrubbing components 320 protrudes toward the drum 200 relatively obliquely. The hair-scrubbing components 320 can also be added to the position where the supporting member 310 and the drum 200 are combined with each other, which also has a more complete cleaning effect on the hair.
  • In specific implementation, preferably, the hair-scrubbing components 320 are made of plastic. The softness and elasticity of plastic materials are used, and other parts are not easily damaged.
  • In the specific implementation, the hair-scrubbing components 320 can be made of nylon plastic in the plastic as the preferred method, or other plastics can be used.
  • In specific implementation, preferably, as shown in FIG. 5, the inner wall of the housing 410 comprises a first inner surface 411 and a second inner surface 412 that are adjacent to each other. The outer wall of the driving member 42 comprises a first outer surface 421 and a second outer surface 422 that are adjacent to each other. The baffle 430 has four outer surfaces thereof closely interfered with the first inner surface 411, the second inner surface 412, the first outer surface 421, and the second outer surface 422, respectively, to form a barrier between the housing 410 and the driving member 420.
  • Adopting this preferred structural form can ensure that the housing 410, the driving member 420 and the baffle 430 are tightly assembled, avoiding gaps to allow fine hair to enter.
  • In specific implementation, preferably, the first inner surface 411 and the second inner surface 412 are perpendicular to each other. Through this structural arrangement, it is convenient to balance the forces during assembly and ensure the tightness and stability of the assembly.
  • In the specific implementation, preferably, the first outer surface 421 and the second outer surface 422 are perpendicular to each other. Through this structure setting, it is convenient to balance the force during assembly and ensure the tightness and stability of the assembly.
  • The preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above. It should be understood that those of ordinary skill in the art can make many modifications and changes according to the concept of the present invention without creative work. Therefore, all technical solutions that can be obtained by those skilled in the art through logical analysis, reasoning or limited experiments based on the concept of the present invention on the basis of the prior art should fall within the scope of protection determined by the claims.
