Description
- This present invention relates to a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure, and more particularly to a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure with multifunctional purposes and environmental effects.
- With the popularity of tea drinking culture, consumers usually buy a cup of tea when they dine. Among them, the bubble or boba milk tea is made by adding and mixing tea with springy mouthfeel and chewy tapioca balls (or pearls), which is more popular among consumers. There are also drinks such as green tea, flower tea and juices added with tapioca balls. When buying these beverages, the store will provide a plastic straw for the consumer to suck the beverage. If the beverage is acidic, it is easy for the plastic straw to dissolve toxic and cause harm to human health. Both disposable chopsticks and plastic straws are disposable products that can only be used one time and are discarded after use. Disposable chopsticks and plastic straws will generate a large amount of garbage and cause environmental problems.
- As consumers become more aware of their personal health and environmental protection, many consumers have their own reusable environmentally-friendly tableware when they dine outside. But with all kinds of environmentally-friendly tableware, it is quite inconvenient to carry, use and store, so that the consumers are often in the dilemma of choosing between health, environmental protection and convenience of use. Often, because of the lack of convenient storage and use of environmentally-friendly tableware, they cannot be used continuously, so that it is still practically difficult to reduce the usage amount of disposable chopsticks and plastic straws effectively.
- In addition, the disposable chopsticks and straws on the market only have a single function respectively. In other words, the disposable chopsticks only have the function of gripping food, and the straw only has the function of sucking beverages, resulting in the disposable chopsticks and the straws having poor functionality and without additional functions. Moreover, when consumers dine outside, it is necessary to prepare the disposable tableware of chopsticks and straw at the same time, thereby causing inconvenience.
- Therefore, in order to effectively solve the above problems, a main objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure with multifunctional purposes.
- A secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a reusable multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure.
- Another secondary objective of the present invention is to provide a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure with environmental effects.
- In order to achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure comprising a first main body and a second main body, a first opening portion is formed at one side of the first main body, the second main body is correspondingly combined with the first main body, a second opening portion is formed at one side of the second main body, and the second opening portion and the first opening portion are correspondingly disposed and collectively define a circulation space.
- Through the design of the structure of the present invention, when the first main body and the second main body are in a separated state, a user can respectively hold a first side and a fourth side of the first main body and the second main body respectively, and use the first opening portion and the second opening portion of the first main body and the second main body respectively to grip food, thereby forming a function of chopsticks. If a fluid is to be sucked (the fluid refers to beverages, tapioca balls, pearls, coconut jelly, etc.), only need to assemble the first main body and the second main body for the fluid to pass through the circulation space, thereby forming a function of a straw. Therefore, the structural design of the present invention can not only achieve the multifunctional purposes of the chopsticks and the straw at the same time, it also has environmental effects.

FIG. 7 is a perspective exploded view of a third embodiment of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure of the present invention. - The above objectives of the present invention, as well as its structural and functional features, will be described in accordance with the preferred embodiments of the accompanying drawings.
- Please refer to
FIG. 1 andFIG. 2 , which are respectively perspective exploded view and perspective combinational view of a first embodiment of a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure of the present invention. As shown in the figures, a multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure 1 comprises a firstmain body 10 and a secondmain body 11. The firstmain body 10 has afirst side 100 and asecond side 101, and afirst opening portion 102 is formed at thesecond side 101. The secondmain body 11 has athird side 110 and afourth side 111, and asecond opening portion 112 is formed at thethird side 110. The firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 are correspondingly combined, and thesecond opening portion 112 and thefirst opening portion 102 are correspondingly disposed and collectively define acirculation space 12. - In addition, in this embodiment, the first
main body 10 and the secondmain body 11 are made with materials selected from any one of plastic or bamboo or wood or polymer materials or decomposable materials or metal materials, but are not limited to the aforementioned materials, and any materials that can be made into chopsticks or straws are included in the scope of the present invention, including the materials described above. - The multifunctional environmentally-
friendly straw structure 1 further has asleeve member 13, thesleeve member 13 is correspondingly sleeved on the first andfourth sides main body 10 and the secondmain body 11 respectively, and the purpose thereof is to increase the fixity so as not to move arbitrarily after the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 are combined with each other. Thesleeve member 13 is made with a material selected from any one of plastic or a polymer material or a decomposable material or a flexible material, but is not limited to the aforementioned materials, and any materials that can make thesleeve member 13 flexible and elastic are included in the scope of the present invention, including the materials described above. - Please refer to
FIGS. 3 and 4 together for the schematic views of the implementation of the first embodiment of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure of the present invention. Through the structural design of the present invention, when a user wants to use thestraw structure 1 to grip afood 2, firstly, the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 are separated, and the user then holds the first andfourth sides main body 10 and the secondmain body 11 respectively, and uses the first and secondopening portions main body 10 and the secondmain body 11 respectively to contact thefood 2 and perform gripping, so that the action of gripping thefood 2 can be smoothly completed, thereby forming a function of chopsticks (as shown inFIG. 3 ). If the user wants to suck a fluid 4 (thefluid 4 refers to beverages, tapioca balls, pearls, coconut jelly, etc.) contained in acontainer 3, it is only required to combine the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 and use thesleeve member 13 to sleeve around the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11, and thecirculation space 12 is provided for thefluid 4 to pass through for sucking thefluid 4 smoothly, thereby forming a function of a straw (as shown inFIG. 4 ). Therefore, the structural design of the present invention can not only achieve the multifunctional purposes of the reusable chopsticks and straw at the same time, it also has environmental effects. - Please refer to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , which are respectively perspective exploded view and perspective combinational view of a second embodiment of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure of the present invention, the components and corresponding relationships between the components of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure are the same as that of the aforementioned multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure, and therefore are not described herein again. However, the main differences between this multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure and the foregoing are that, at least onecombination portion 103 is further formed on thefirst opening portion 102, at least onebutt portion 113 is further formed on thesecond opening portion 112, and thebutt portion 113 is correspondingly combined with thecombination portion 103. In other words, thecombination portion 103 and thebutt portion 113 can be further formed on the first and secondopening portions combination portion 103 is in a convex strip shape, and thebutt portion 113 is in a groove shape to be combined with the convex strip correspondingly. Therefore, in this embodiment, thecombination portion 103 and thebutt portion 113 of the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 respectively are combined correspondingly to form the aforementioned straw; conversely, thecombination portion 103 and thebutt portion 113 of the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 respectively are separated to form the aforementioned chopsticks, and thus the aforementioned various effects can also be achieved. - Finally, please refer to
FIG. 7 , which is a perspective exploded view of a third embodiment of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure of the present invention, the components and corresponding relationships between the components of the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure are the same as that of the aforementioned multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure, and therefore are not described herein again. However, the main differences between this multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure and the foregoing are that, the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 can be further divided into two parts respectively, that is, the multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure 1 can be divided into four equal parts. Similarly, when the user uses it, it is only required to combine the firstmain body 10 and the secondmain body 11 which are divided into two parts respectively to become the chopsticks or the straw, thereby achieving the same effects as the previous embodiments. - As mentioned above, the present invention has the following advantages over the prior art:
- 1. has multifunctional purposes
- 2. reusable; and
- 3. has environmental effects.
- It is to be understood that the above description is only preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not used to limit the present invention, and changes in accordance with the concepts of the present invention may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention, for example, the equivalent effects produced by various transformations, variations, modifications and applications made to the configurations or arrangements shall still fall within the scope covered by the appended claims of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure, comprising:
a first main body, a first opening portion being formed at one side of the first main body, and
a second main body correspondingly combined with the first main body, a second opening portion being formed at one side of the second main body, and the second opening portion and the first opening portion being correspondingly disposed and collectively defining a circulation space.
2. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first main body and the second main body are combined to form a straw for a fluid to pass through the circulation space.
3. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first main body and the second main body are separated to form a pair of chopsticks.
4. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first main body has a first side and a second side, the second main body has a third side and a fourth side, the second side forms the first opening portion, and the third side forms the second opening portion.
5. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the first main body and the second main body are made with materials selected from any one of plastic or bamboo or wood or polymer materials or decomposable materials or metal materials.
6. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein further comprising a sleeve member, and the sleeve member being correspondingly sleeved on outer sides of the first main body and the second main body.
7. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 6 , wherein the sleeve member is made with a material selected from any one of plastic or a polymer material or a decomposable material or a flexible material.
8. The multifunctional environmentally-friendly straw structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one combination portion is further formed on the first opening portion, at least one butt portion is further formed on the second opening portion, and the butt portion is correspondingly combined with the combination portion.
