- The embodiment invention, cap and cup have their individual external and internal thread lines, utilizing the thread lines and the gaps within thread lines or space near thread lines to set additional coupling mechanism, in order to generate sensible vibration cues and/or audible sound cues after tightening up the cap and cup, to indicate two parts have been correctly coupled and fixed on preset position, wherein coupling mechanism is formed by convex part and concave part. When start to tighten the cap, thread line and the gap within thread line need to be tightened up along the thread, in consequence, the convex part and concave part must be designed as below:
- i) when cap is designed having concave part, the cup must use convex part, on the contrary, the cup must use concave if cap is designed with convex part.
ii) Convex can be or needs to be made on the end along thread line, the concave can be made in the gap within thread lines or in the space near thread line, and
iii) The cap and cup, the numbers of their thread lines roughly depend on perimeter or external diameter of the opening, there would normally be one thread line if perimeter or external diameter is relatively big, then the time for tightening the cap will be shorter. - The convex and concave in the invention, characterized in:
- a) use thread line and the gap within thread line of cap and cup to remind and limit tightening position.
b) let user know the cap is already tightened and where the tightening position is.
c) preferably use elastic material, e.g. plastic, to avoid loosing after tightening up and guarantee sealing of cap that will not affect by external environment or transportation,
d) the design will basically not increase material consumption,
e) suitable for plastic cap and plastic bottle, or one of them is made of plastic or elastic material. - Wherein convex can be on main cup (preferably near the opening), the cap needs to have concave (preferably inside and near the top), or convex can be on cap (preferably near the opening), then the cup has concave (preferably under and near the thread bottom line).

- b) if the tightening time is not many, the number of convex can be 2-4.
- i) Space behind the last convex, about 1-2 cm (minimum space: ⅓ of cup's outer perimeter or 1-2 cm), when concave goes over the last convex, this space is used to avoid that cannot be tight if colliding with thread lines on cup.
- c) the number of convex for feeling is 5, suitable for not many tightening times:
- i) first convex gives the user feeling that it reaches the position where should tighten the cap with power,
- ii) spacing of first convex and second convex is generally the distance for tightening the cap, about 0.4-0.7 cm,
- iii) the second and subsequent convex are used to engage with concave after tightening up,
- iv) space behind the last convex, about 1-2 cm (minimum space: ⅓ of cup's outer perimeter or 1-2 cm), when concave goes over the last convex, this space is used to avoid that cannot be tight if colliding with thread lines on cup.
4) distance of convex: distance between each two convex is 1 mm, except 3) c) ii),
5) number of thread line: can be 1-4, when there are 4, due to limit of thread slider, said convex can be comprised on only 2 thread lines.
