Abstract
The present disclosure provides a washing machine, which includes a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a drain valve, and a safety valve, the washing machine comprises a booster pump, a booster pump motor, and a booster valve, the booster pump is integrated to or connected to the booster pump motor and the booster valve, and the booster pump is connected to the barrel; and the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes.
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of electric appliance, and more particularly relates to a washing machine.
- At present, clothes are commonly washed by water, or washing machine using washing agent. However, stains and/or parasites on the clothes can hardly be completely removed. So, the cleaning effect needs to be improved.
- It is therefore one main objective of the disclosure to provide a washing machine, aiming to improve the cleaning effect.
- In order to achieve the above objective, the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a washing machine which includes a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a drain valve, and a safety valve, the washing machine includes a booster pump, a booster pump motor, and a booster valve, the booster pump is integrated to or connected to the booster pump motor and the booster valve, and the booster pump is connected to the barrel; and the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe, and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump, the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure for cleaning clothes.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the sealing door is provided with a high pressure locking device.
- The present disclosure further provides another washing machine, which includes a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a booster pump.
- booster pump motor, a booster valve, and a safety valve, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump, a pressure reducing pump motor, and a drain valve, the booster pump and the pressure reducing pump are both connected to the barrel; the pressure reducing pump of the washing machine is configured to reduce an air pressure in the barrel to achieve a low pressure which is lower than a normal pressure for for breaking down stains on clothes; and the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure for cleaning clothes.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the pressure reducing pump of the washing machine is configured to form the low pressure to break down stains on the clothes, and a vibration device is provided to the washing machine.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
- The present disclosure further provides a washing machine, which includes a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a booster pump, a booster pump motor, a booster valve, a drain valve, and a safety valve, the booster pump is connected to the barrel, the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes, and the washing machine further includes a vibration device, the vibration device generates vibration with a certain frequency, to vibrate clothes in the barrel.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe, and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump, the pressure reducing pump is configured to reduce an air pressure in the barrel to achieve a low pressure which is lower than a normal pressure for washing clothes, and the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure for cleaning clothes.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the sealing door is provided with a high pressure locking device.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the vibration device is defined in the housing, the vibration device generates mechanical vibration, electronic vibration, or electromagnetic vibration.
- In one exemplary embodiment, the washing machine further includes a vibration box, the vibration box is received in the barrel.
- The washing machine provided by the present disclosure includes a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a booster pump, a booster pump motor, and a booster valve, a drain valve, and a safety valve, and the booster pump is connected to the barrel. The booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure, for removing the stains and parasites from the clothes, which improves the cleaning effect.
- The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is obvious that the embodiments to be described are only a part rather than all of the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments obtained by persons skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the present invention without creative efforts shall fall within the protection scope of the presenting invention.
- In the drawings, arrows represent the flow direction of the gas. The gas flows outwards through the pressure reducing valve or the exhaust valve, flow inwards through the booster valve, and flow outwards or inwards through the safety valve.

- Referring to
FIG. 1 , the present disclosure provides awashing machine 100 according to a first exemplary embodiment. Thewashing machine 100 circularly adopts the high pressure and the low pressure to eliminate germs, parasites and odors on the clothes, so as to dean the clothes. Further, purifying liquid, purifying gas, or carbon dioxide can be adopted to deeply clean the clothes, for achieving a better effect. And, aroma or aromatic drugs which are good for health can also be added into thewashing machine 100. Especially, the aromatic drugs can also play a role in preventing and curing diseases. - The
washing machine 100 according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure can be used as a deodorant perfuming machine which can not only remove odors but also can perfume the clothes. Thewashing machine 100 is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and pollution free. Thewashing machine 100 includes ahousing 10, anouter housing 20, akeyboard device 25, a sealingdoor 13, abarrel 11, adosing valve 75, adosing chamber 71, asafety valve 90, abooster pump 31, abooster pump motor 33, abooster valve 35, a pressure reducing pump 51 (or a vacuum pump 51), the pressure reducing pump motor 535, and a pressure reducing valve 55 (or a vacuum valve 55). Thehousing 10 can be a pressure resistant housing. Theouter housing 20 includes anupper housing 21 and alower housing 23, and theupper housing 21 may be provided with thekeyboard device 25. In the following description, the same components are denoted by the same label and their detailed description will be omitted. - The
washing machine 100 would remove the stains and odors from the clothes through circularly adopting the low pressure and the high pressure, or circularly adopting the vacuum environment and high pressure, so that thewashing machine 100 has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, and pollution free. - The low pressure in the
washing machine 100 can be configured to break down and eliminate stains and odors, and the high pressure in thewashing machine 100 can be configured to dissolve stains, then the low pressure can also be configured to discharge the strains and odors, and the high pressure can also be configured to make clothes soak in drug scent or aroma to treat the clothes. - The
washing machine 100 is composed of a high and low pressure circulation device which includes a pressurizing system and a pressure reducing system. - The
washing machine 100 is provided with a pressurizing device and a pressure reducing device, and the pressurizing device and pressure reducing device would generate the high pressure state and the low pressure state, to break down the stains and odors on the clothes and eliminate the stains and odors from the clothes. - The
barrel 11 is arranged in thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100. The pressurizingdevice 30 which includes thebooster pump 21, thebooster pump motor 33, the first pipe, and thebooster valve 35, and thepressure reducing device 50 which includes thepressure reducing pump 51, the pressure reducingpump motor 53, the second pipe, and thepressure reducing valve 55, can cooperatively generate an environment circularly changing from the high pressure to the low pressure, to remove odors from the clothes and perfumed the clothes. - The
housing 10 of thewashing machine 100 is provided with the sealingdoor 13. - The
barrel 11 is integrally or tightly coupled to the inside of thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100. In one exemplary embodiment, the inside side of thebarrel 11 is provided with a locker, and the inside side of the locker is provided with a clothes rack. - The
barrel 11 is provided with anair inlet 114 and anair outlet 113. After the sealingdoor 13 is closed, thebarrel 11 disposed inside thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can form a sealed space. The clothes rack may be disposed inside thebarrel 11. - The
air inlet 114 of thebarrel 11 can be communicated with an air inlet hole of thebooster pump 31, and theair outlet 113 of thebarrel 11 can be communicated with an air inlet hole of the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51). - The
barrel 11 is provided with theair outlet 113. Theair outlet 113 of thebarrel 11 communicates with the air inlet hole port of the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55) which is connected with the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51). As such, and theair outlet 113 of thebarrel 11 is communicated with the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) via the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55). Theair outlet hole 231 at the other end of the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) communicates with the external environment. - The
barrel 11 is further provided with thesafety valve 90, which can be limited and stopped automatically when thebarrel 11 is in the high pressure or the low pressure. The gas can flow into thebarrel 11 or flow out from thebarrel 11 throughsafety valve 90, that is, the gas can flow out from thebarrel 11 when thebarrel 11 is in the high pressure, and the gas can flow into thebarrel 11 when thebarrel 11 is in the low pressure. One end of thesafety valve 90 communicates with thebarrel 11 through the throughhole 115, and is positioned and coupled with thebarrel 11, and the other end of thesafety valve 90 communicates with the external environment through the throughhole 235. - The sealing door of the
washing machine 100 is provided with a high pressure locking device (not shown inFIG. 1 ), as such the sealingdoor 13 which cannot be opened when the barrel is in the high pressure. - The
barrel 11 is provided with theair inlet 114. The air inlet of thebooster valve 35 is communicated to theair inlet 114 of thebarrel 11, as such theair inlet 114 of thebarrel 11 can be communicated to thebooster pump 31 via thebooster valve 35, and anair inlet hole 233 in the other end of the boostingpump 31 away from thebooster valve 35 is communicated with the external environment. - The receiving
bottle 73 can be a purified liquid bottle, a purified gas bottle, or a aroma bottle, and is arranged on thelower housing 23 of thewashing machine 100. The bottle mouth of the purified liquid bottle or the purified gas bottle is communicated with theopening 117 of thebarrel 11, and is positioned and coupled to thebarrel 11. - The purified liquid bottle or the purified gas bottle is disposed on a base which is located inside side of the
outer housing 20 and adjacent to the mountingdoor 237, and the bottle mouth of the purified liquid bottle or the purified bottle is communicated with the throughhole 117 of thebarrel 11 throughthee dosing valve 75, the third pipe. When cleaning the clothes, the clothes are first placed in thebarrel 11, and the sealingdoor 13 on thehousing 10 is closed, as such thebarrel 11 defined in a space formed by the sealingdoor 13 and thehousing 10 can form a sealed space. The pressure reducingpump motor 53 call drive the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) to exhaust gas in thebarrel 11 and then discharge the exhausted gas into the external atmosphere through the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) and the second pipe. After thepressure reducing valve 55 for the vacuum valve 55) of the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) is automatically closed, thebarrel 11 is in the low pressure or vacuum state. Whendosing valve 75 is opened, the atomized gas in the purified liquid bottle, the purified gas in the purified gas bottle, or carbon dioxide gas can flow into thebarrel 11 for sterilization, then the gas is discharged in the external atmosphere through thedosing valve 75 and the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump) 51), and then the pressure intensity inside thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can be adjusted to at the low level through thesafety valve 90, and thedosing valve 75 and thedosing chamber 71 of the aroma bottle or the drug bottle can be opened, and the aroma or the drug scent enters into thebarrel 11 and the locker to soak the clothes in the aroma or the drug scent Thebooster pump 31 is driven by thebooster pump motor 33 to control the external air to be pressed into thebarrel 11 or the locker in thebarrel 11 via thebooster valve 35. The clothes are continuously soaked in the drug scent or aroma under high pressure to form a long-lasting aroma or drug scent penetration elect The gas in thebarrel 11 is discharged from thesafety valve 90 and the fourth pipe after a certain period of time, as such the air pressure in thebarrel 11 is balanced with the external pressure, and user can take out and wear the clothes. - According to the structures as described above, the
housing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can be provided with the receivingbottle 73, after the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) discharges the exhaust gas in thebarrel 111. Thedosing valve 75 of the aroma bottle or the drug bottle may be opened to add the aroma or drug scent in to thebarrel 11, the above process can be repeated to add different gas into thebarrel 11 for cleaning the clothes. The temperature control device can be arranged on thewashing machine 100 to make the washed clothes in the winter have a certain temperature. The microcomputer andkeyboard device 25 can also be arranged on thewashing machine 100 to realize intelligent cleaning of the clothes. - According to the structures as described above, the
barrel 11 provided in thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can ensure the safety, and since mucedine and odors are removed in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, the clothes do not need to be kneaded, rinsed, and dried, for preventing the clothes from being mechanically damaged or aged by sunlight. The method of breaking down and vaporizing stains by purified gas can avoid the chemical damage to the clothes caused by chemical washing products used in the existing, washing machine. The stains, mucedine, and the odors can be exhausted through at least two cycles of the low pressure and the high pressure or two cycles of the vacuum environment and the high pressure, and at least two gas exhausting process. Further, the bacteria and other harmful components adhering to the clothes can also been removed through the above process. The clothes washed through the above process do not need to be dried, and the washed clothes can be worn directly, as such it is much more convenient, the efficiency and the life cycle of clothes are also improved, and the power consumption is also greatly reduced for eliminating pollution of environment. - According to the structures as described above, since water is not required as a carrier in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, a waste of water resources is reduced, and the scrubbing gas can be carbon dioxide, or carbon dioxide which can be used in combination with the washing liquid, for effectively utilizing industrial waste gas and improving the waste utilization.
- As shown in
FIG. 2 , the present disclosure also provides awashing machine 100 according to the second exemplary embodiment. Thewashing machine 100 according to the second exemplary embodiment can also be used as a deodorant perfuming machine which can not only remove odors but also can perfume the clothes. Thewashing machine 100 is energy-saving environmentally friendly, and pollution free. Thewashing machine 100 circularly adopts the high pressure and the low pressure to eliminate germs, parasites and odors on the clothes, so as to clean the clothes. Further, purifying liquid, purifying gas, or carbon dioxide can be adopted to deeply clean the clothes, for achieving a better effect. And, aroma or aromatic drugs which are good for health can also be added into thewashing machine 100. Especially, the aromatic drugs can also play a role in preventing and curing diseases. - The structure of the
washing machine 100 according to the second exemplary embodiment is similar to that of thewashing machine 100 according to the first exemplary embodiment. - The differences between the
washing machine 100 according to the second exemplary embodiment and thewashing machine 100 according to the firstexemplary embodiment 100 at least include: the pressure swingingwashing machine 100 according to the second exemplary embodiment is further provided with avibration device 15 that generates vibration with a certain frequency, and thevibration device 15 is connected to avibration plate 151, and thevibration device 15 is connected with an external power supply through a sealedpower line 153. Thevibration device 15 can vibrate the clothes in thewashing machine 100. - The
vibration device 15 provided in thewashing machine 100 mechanically generates mechanical vibrations, electronic vibrations, or electromagnetic vibration. - The
vibration device 15 provided in thewashing machine 100 mechanically generates mechanical vibration (such as vibration generated by an eccentric wheel), electronic vibration (such as vibration generated by a vibration motor or a vibration line), or electromagnetic vibration (such as vibration generated when the low frequency current passes through the electromagnet). - The vibrating
plate 151 may have a net structure, a palisade structure, a basket shape, or a tubular structure, or a box structure, no need to repeat again. - According to the structures as described above, the
barrel 11 provided in thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can ensure the safety, and since mucedine and odors are removed in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, the clothes do not need to be kneaded, rinsed, and dried, for preventing the clothes from being mechanically damaged or aged by sunlight. The method of breaking down and vaporizing stains by purified gas can avoid the chemical damage to the clothes caused by chemical washing products used in the existing washing machine. The stains, mucedine, and the odors can be exhausted through at least two cycles of the low pressure and the high pressure or two cycles of the vacuum environment and the high pressure, and at least two gas exhausting process. Further, the bacteria and other harmful components adhering to the clothes can also been removed through the above process. The clothes washed through the above process do not need to be dried, and the washed clothes can be worn directly, as such it is much more convenient, the efficiency and the life cycle of clothes are also improved, and the power consumption is also greatly reduced for eliminating pollution of environment. - According to the structures as described above, since water is not required as a carrier in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, a waste of water resources is reduced, and the scrubbing gas can be carbon dioxide, or carbon dioxide can be used in combination with the washing liquid, for effectively utilizing industrial waste gas and improving the waste utilization.
- Referring to
FIG. 3 , the present disclosure also provides awashing machine 100 according to a third exemplary embodiment. - The
washing machine 100 includes ahousing 10 on which a sealingdoor 13 is arranged. Thehousing 10 is internally provided with aninner barrel 16 which is driven by a drivingmotor 18. Thehousing 10 is further provided with a pressure reducing pump 51 (or a vacuum pump 51) which is driven by a pressure reducingpump motor 53. Thebooster pump 31 and the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) can be configured to generate an environment circularly changing from the high pressure and the low pressure to break down the stains on the clothes and remove bacteria from clothes. Thehousing 10 is further provided with a receivingbottle 73 which can be a scrubbing liquid bottle, a scrubbing gas bottle, an aroma bottle, a sterilizing agent bottle, or a fiber repair agent bottle, etc. - The
washing machine 100 includes thehousing 10, anouter housing 20, aninner barrel 16, a sealingdoor 13, abarrel 11, ashifting mechanism 17, a mountingdoor 237, adosing valve 75, adosing chamber 71, a drivingmotor 18, abooster valve 35, a safety valve 90 a pressure reducing valve 55 (or vacuum valve 55), abooster pump 31, abooster pump motor 33, a pressure reducing pump 51 (or vacuum pump 51), a pressure reducingpump motor 53, the receivingbottle 73 which can be pun tied liquid bottle or purified gas bottle Thehousing 10 is a pressure resistant housing. Thehousing 10 includes a pressure resistantouter housing 111 and a pressure resistantinner housing 112. - The sealing
door 13 is rotatably connected with thehousing 10 via a connecting device. The sealingdoor 13 is provided with an armrest. The inner side of the pressure resistantinner housing 112 is defined as a pressure resistant housing, and theinner barrel 16 is disposed in the pressure resistant housing, and theinner barrel 16 is driven by the drivingmotor 18 through the transmission of theshifting mechanism 17. Theair inlet 114 and theair outlet 113 pass through the pressure resistantouter housing 111 and the pressure resistantinner housing 112. After the sealingdoor 13 is closed, and the sealingdoor 13 sealingly cooperates with the pressure resistant housing disposed inside the pressure resistantinner housing 112. Theinner barrel 16 is disposed within the pressure resistant housing. - The
inner barrel 16 is coupled to the pressure resistantouter housing 111 via a transmission of theshifting mechanism 17 and a sealing device, and connected to thepositioning spring 14 through the sealing, device. - The pressure resistant housing is provided with an
inner barrel 16, and the drivingmotor 18 is coupled with theinner barrel 16 in a sealed state to drive theinner barrel 16 to rotate. - The
washing machine 100 includes the pressure resistantouter housing 111 and thepressure reducing device 50 connected to the pressure resistantouter housing 111. Thepressure reducing device 50 includes the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51), the pressure reducingpump motor 53, and the pressure reducing valve 55 (or vacuum valve 55), thepressure reducing device 50 communicates with the external environment through the second pipe. - The sealing door of the
washing machine 100 is provided with a highpressure locking device 131, as such the sealingdoor 13 which cannot be opened when the barrel is in the high pressure. - A stopping pin is located at the inner side of the high
pressure locking device 131, the stopping pin can be pushed out to lock the sealingdoor 13 when the inner barrel is in the high pressure, and the stopping pin can be pushed back to release the sealingdoor 13 through the springs when theinner barrel 16 is at the normal pressure. - The
washing machine 100 includes the pressure resistantouter housing 111, the pressurizingdevice 30 connected to the pressure resistantouter housing 111, and the pressurizingdevice 30 includes thebooster pump 31, thebooster pump motor 33, and thebooster valve 35, and the pressurizingdevice 30 is connected to the external environment through the first pipe. - The pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) is coupled to the
air outlet 113 of the pressure resistant housing through the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55), and theair outlet 113 communicates with the external atmosphere through the second pipe. The pressure resistant housing also defines thesafety valve 90, and one end of thesafety valve 90 communicates with thehousing 10 through the fourth pipe, and the other end of thesafety valve 90 communicates with the external environment. Theair inlet 114 of the pressure resistant housing is coupled to thebooster pump 31 through thebooster valve 35, and communicates with the external atmosphere via the first pipe. - When purifying the clothes, the clothes is first placed in the
inner barrel 16. After the sealingdoor 13 on thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 is closed, and the sealingdoor 13 and the pressure resistant housing at the inner side of thehousing 10 cooperatively form a sealed space. The pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) is driven by the pressure reducingpump motor 53 to draw out the gas in the pressure resistant housing and exhaust the gas to the outside atmosphere through the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55) connected with the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) and the second pipe. After the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55) of the pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) is automatically closed, the pressure resistant housing and theinner barrel 16 are in the low pressure or vacuum state, the purified liquid in the purified liquid bottle can be atomized, the atomized liquid, the purified gas in the purified gas bottle, and carbon dioxide can be pressed into theinner barrel 16 inside of the pressure resistant housing through thedosing valve 75 for cleaning and sterilizing clothes. Further, the drivingmotor 18 drives theinner barrel 16 to rotate by the shiftingmechanism 17 for washing the clothes. - The
booster pump 31 is driven by thebooster pump motor 33 to press external air into the pressure resistant housing through theair inlet hole 233, at this time, the pressure resistant housing and theinner barrel 16 are in the high pressure state. The purified liquid, purified gas, or carbon dioxide gas can deeply contact with the clothes to fully break down the stains on the clothes. - In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the pressure resistant housing is further provided with a drain valve, and the water inlet of the drain valve communicates with the water outlet of the pressure resistant housing, the other end of the drain valve is connected to the external environment (not shown).
- In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the
washing machine 100 is provided with a water inlet pipe and a water inlet valve, and a scrubbing liquid or scrubbing gas dosing device not shown) is coupled to the water inlet valve. - After the clothes is washed, the stains decomposed and, vaporized by the scrubbing liquid or the scrubbing gas in the pressure are discharged to the external environment by the
safety valve 90 and the inner pressure is adjusted to be balance with the outer pressure meanwhile, or the stains can be discharged to the external environment through the drain valve and the pipe. The pressure reducing pump 51 (or the vacuum pump 51) draws out the gas and moisture in the pressure resistant housing through the pressure reducing valve 55 (or the vacuum valve 55), or the inner air pressure is adjusted to be balance with the outer pressure by thesafety valve 90 after the clothes are dried by the heating device. Then clothes can be taken out through opening the sealeddoor 13. - It can be seen from the structures as described above, the
washing machine 100 can at least adopt a pulsatorinner barrel 16 or a rollerinner barrel 16. Thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can be provided with an aroma bottle, the aroma in the aroma bottle can flow into the pressure resistant housing through thedosing valve 75 and the third pipe. A temperature control device may be arranged on the pressure resistant housing of thewashing machine 100, to make the washed clothes in the winter have a certain temperature. Theouter housing 20 of thewashing machine 100 includes anupper housing 21, akeyboard device 25 may also be arranged on theupper housing 21, and a microcomputer connected to thekeyboard device 25 may be arranged on thewashing machine 100 for washing clothes intelligently. - According to the structures as described above, the pressure resistant housing provided in the
housing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can ensure the safety, and since mucedine and odors are removed in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, the clothes do not need to he kneaded, rinsed, and dried, for preventing the clothes from being mechanically damaged or aged by sunlight. The method of breaking down and vaporizing stains by purified gas can avoid the chemical damage to the clothes caused by chemical washing products used in the existing washing machine. - Please refer to
FIG. 4 , the present disclosure also provides awashing machine 100 according to the fourth exemplary embodiment. Thewashing machine 100 has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and pollution free. - The structure of the
washing machine 100 according to the fourth exemplary embodiment is similar to that of thewashing machine 100 according to the third exemplary embodiment. - The differences between the
washing machine 100 according to the fourth exemplary embodiment and thewashing machine 100 according to the thirdexemplary embodiment 100 at least include: thewashing machine 100 according to the fourth exemplary embodiment further includes a plurality ofsprings 14. It can be understood that thesprings 14 re disposed between thevibration box 19 and theinner barrel 16. - The pressure resistant housing is defined at the inner side of the pressure resistant
outer housing 111 and the positioning springs 14. The an inlet and the air outlet are communicated with each other and defined between the pressure resistantouter housing 111 and the positioning springs 14. After the sealingdoor 13 is closed, the sealingdoor 13 hermetically cooperates with the pressure resistant housing disposed inside thehousing 10. Theinner barrel 16 is disposed in the pressure resistant housing, and theinner barrel 16 is driven by the drivingmotor 18 through the transmission of theshifting mechanism 17. - The
vibration device 15 provided in thewashing machine 100 mechanically generates mechanical vibrations, electronic vibrations, or electromagnetic vibration. - The pressure swinging
washing machine 100 is provided with thevibration device 15 that generates vibration with a certain frequency, and thevibration device 15 is connected to avibration box 19. In detail, thevibration device 15 is located at an outer surface of thevibration box 19, and sandwiched between thevibration box 19 and theinner barrel 16. Thevibration box 19 is received in thebarrel 16, and coupled with theinner barrel 16 via the positioning springs 14. Thevibration device 15 is connected to the external power source via the sealedpower line 153. - The
vibration device 15 provided in thewashing machine 100 mechanically generates mechanical vibration such as vibration generated by an eccentric wheel), electronic vibration (such as vibration generated by a vibration motor or a vibration line), or electromagnetic vibration (such as vibration generated when the low frequency current passes through the electromagnet). - The vibrating
box 19 may have a net structure, a palisade structure, a basket shape, or a tubular structure, or a box structure, no need to repeat again. - The
inner barrel 16 is coupled to the pressure resistantouter housing 111 via a transmission of theshifting mechanism 17 and a sealing device, and connected to thepositioning spring 14 through the sealing device. According to the structures as described above, the pressure resistant housing provided in thehousing 10 of thewashing machine 100 can ensure the safety, and since mucedine and odors are removed in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, the clothes do not need to be kneaded, rinsed, and dried, for preventing the clothes from being mechanically damaged or aged by sunlight. The clothes washed through the above process do not need to be dried, and the washed clothes can be worn directly, as such it is much more convenient, the efficiency and the life cycle of clothes are also improved, and the power consumption is also greatly reduced for eliminating pollution of environment. - According to the structures as described above, since water is not required as a carrier in the low pressure or the vacuum environment, a waste of water resources is reduced, and the scrubbing gas can be carbon dioxide, or carbon dioxide can be used in combination with the washing liquid, for effectively utilizing industrial waste gas and improving the waste utilization.
- The
washing machines 100 of all the above exemplary embodiments and other washing machines obtained on thewashing machines 100 of the present disclosure can all wash clothes through adopting the low pressure and the high pressure, or enhance the washing effect through adopting the low pressure and the high pressure, to reduce or eliminate environmental pollution. - The foregoing description merely portrays some illustrative embodiments according to the disclosure and therefore is not intended to limit the patentable scope of the disclosure. Any equivalent structural or flow transformations that are made taking advantage of the specification and accompanying drawings of the disclosure and any direct or indirect applications thereof in other related technical fields shall all fall in the scope of protection of the disclosure. Therefore, the scope of protection of this disclosure shall be subject w the claims.
Claims (20)
1. A washing machine, comprising a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a drain valve, and a safety valve,
wherein the washing machine comprises a booster pump, a booster pump motor, and a booster valve, the booster pump is integrated to or connected to the booster pump motor and the booster valve, and the booster pump is connected to the barrel; and
the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes.
2. The washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe, and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
3. The washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump, the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure for cleaning clothes.
4. The washing machine according to claim 3 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
5. The washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the washing machine further comprises at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
6. The washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the sealing door is provided with a high pressure locking device.
7. A washing machine, comprising a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a booster pump, booster pump motor, a booster valve, and a safety valve,
wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump, a pressure reducing pump motor, and a drain valve, the booster pump and the pressure reducing pump are both connected to the barrel;
the pressure reducing pump of the washing machine is configured to reduce an air pressure in the barrel to achieve a low pressure which is lower than a normal pressure, for breaking down stains on clothes; and
the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes.
8. The washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure, for cleaning clothes.
9. The washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the pressure reducing pump of the washing machine is configured to form the low pressure to break down stains on the clothes, and a vibration device is provided to the washing machine.
10. The washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe, and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
11. The washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
12. The washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the washing machine further comprises at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
13. A washing machine, comprising a housing, a sealing door defined on the housing, a barrel, a booster pump, a booster pump motor, a booster valve, a drain valve, and a safety valve, the booster pump is connected to the barrel,
wherein, the booster pump and the booster valve of the washing machine are configured to form a high pressure for cleaning clothes, and the washing machine further comprises a vibration device, the vibration device generating vibration with a certain frequency to vibrate clothes in the barrel.
14. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a first pipe communicated with the housing, the booster valve is arranged in the first pipe, and the booster pump is connected to or isolated from the housing through the booster valve and the first pipe.
15. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump, the pressure reducing pump is configured to reduce an air pressure in the barrel to achieve a low pressure which is lower than a normal pressure for washing clothes, and the pressure reducing pump and the booster pump of the washing machine are configured to circularly form the high pressure, a low pressure, and a normal pressure for cleaning clothes.
16. The washing machine according to claim 15 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a pressure reducing pump motor connected to the pressure reducing pump, a second pipe communicated with the housing, and a pressure reducing valve arranged in the second pipe, the pressure reducing pump is connected to or isolated from the hosing through the pressure reducing valve and the second pipe.
17. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the washing machine further comprises at least one component selected from a group consisting of a temperature control device, a microcomputer, and a keyboard device.
18. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the sealing door is provided with a high pressure locking device.
19. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the vibration device is defined in the housing, the vibration device generating mechanical vibration, electronic vibration, or electromagnetic vibration.
20. The washing machine according to claim 13 , wherein the washing machine further comprises a vibration box, the vibration box is received in the barrel.
