- Exercise is considered a “stress” to many organs, but differs from the negative stress of everyday life in that the exercise stimulates the breakdown, repair and growth of muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones in the process of creating a stronger and more resilient body. People in modern world live a busy life. Stressful lifestyles and lack of exercise make people unhealthy and prone to several ailments like obesity and allergies. Due to lack of time, people avoid going to gym and try a number of ways to stay fit which can save the time. The number of ways includes, but not limited to, controlling the diet, wearing fitness gadgets or the like.
- Apart from a healthy heart, fitness craze is now a way of life for a majority of individuals all around the globe. The current trend in cardiovascular activities is toward more moderate form of exercises which are performed over a longer duration, such as walking, bicycling, low impact aerobics and similar types of cardiovascular activities. It is a well known fact that movement of a muscle enhances the growth of new cell replacing the older ones in the muscle. A large variety of apparel, more particularly a workout apparel, are now-a-days available in the market that directly/indirectly help in exercising. A body shaper is a type of workout apparel which grips the body of a user tightly and results in sweat excretion. A wearer does a kind of workout even without going to gym or the like just by wearing the workout apparel.

The first resistance pad restricts the user to lift the arms up when the user lifts the arms up, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning unwanted multiple body fuels in pectoral muscles. The resistance workout apparel further includes a second resistance pad that is coupled to an elbow joint portion of the resistance workout shirt. The second resistance pad restricts the user to fold the arms, when the user folds the arms, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in brachialis muscles and brachioradialis muscles.
- In another embodiment, the resistance workout apparel is provided that further includes a third resistance pad that is coupled to the upper waist of said resistance workout shirt. The third resistance pad restricts the user to bend, when the user bends toward left or right, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in oblique muscles. The resistance workout apparel further includes a fourth resistance pad that is coupled to the upper portion of the resistance workout pant. The fourth resistance pad restricts the user to lift the legs, when the user lifts the legs, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in gluteus muscles.
