Abstract

A resistance workout apparel that assists a user to burn unwanted calories of the user's body by targeting specific muscle areas. The resistance workout apparel includes one or more resistance pads, that are integrated to various parts of the resistance workout apparel. The user wears the resistance workout apparel. The one or more resistance pads resist the user to move the user's body, thereby compelling the user to apply more force to make the move that burns the unwanted calories.

Description

    BACKGROUND Technical Field
  • The embodiments herein generally relate to workout clothes, and, more particularly, resistance workout apparels.
  • Description of the Related Art
  • Exercise is considered a “stress” to many organs, but differs from the negative stress of everyday life in that the exercise stimulates the breakdown, repair and growth of muscles, ligaments, tendons and bones in the process of creating a stronger and more resilient body. People in modern world live a busy life. Stressful lifestyles and lack of exercise make people unhealthy and prone to several ailments like obesity and allergies. Due to lack of time, people avoid going to gym and try a number of ways to stay fit which can save the time. The number of ways includes, but not limited to, controlling the diet, wearing fitness gadgets or the like.
  • Apart from a healthy heart, fitness craze is now a way of life for a majority of individuals all around the globe. The current trend in cardiovascular activities is toward more moderate form of exercises which are performed over a longer duration, such as walking, bicycling, low impact aerobics and similar types of cardiovascular activities. It is a well known fact that movement of a muscle enhances the growth of new cell replacing the older ones in the muscle. A large variety of apparel, more particularly a workout apparel, are now-a-days available in the market that directly/indirectly help in exercising. A body shaper is a type of workout apparel which grips the body of a user tightly and results in sweat excretion. A wearer does a kind of workout even without going to gym or the like just by wearing the workout apparel.
  • Accordingly, there remains a need for simple and inexpensive workout apparel.
  • SUMMARY
  • In view of the foregoing an embodiment herein provides a resistance workout apparel that assists a user to burn unwanted calories of the user's body. The resistance workout apparel includes a one or more resistance pads, that are integrated to the resistance workout apparel. The user wears the resistance workout apparel. The one or more resistance pads resist the user to move the user's body thereby compelling the user to apply more force to make the move that burns the unwanted calories.
  • In one embodiment, the resistance workout apparel is a resistance workout pant, and a resistance workout shirt. In another embodiment, the resistance workout apparel is provided that includes a first resistance pad that is coupled to shoulder portion of the resistance workout shirt. The user wears the resistance workout shirt. The first resistance pad restricts the user to lift the arms up when the user lifts the arms up, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning unwanted multiple body fuels in pectoral muscles. The resistance workout apparel further includes a second resistance pad that is coupled to an elbow joint portion of the resistance workout shirt. The second resistance pad restricts the user to fold the arms, when the user folds the arms, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in brachialis muscles and brachioradialis muscles.
  • In another embodiment, the resistance workout apparel is provided that further includes a third resistance pad that is coupled to the upper waist of said resistance workout shirt. The third resistance pad restricts the user to bend, when the user bends toward left or right, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in oblique muscles. The resistance workout apparel further includes a fourth resistance pad that is coupled to the upper portion of the resistance workout pant. The fourth resistance pad restricts the user to lift the legs, when the user lifts the legs, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in gluteus muscles.
  • In another embodiment, the resistance workout apparel is provided that includes a fifth resistance pad that is coupled to the popliteal fossa portion of the legs of the resistance workout pant. The fifth resistance pad restricts the user to fold the legs, when the user folds the legs, thereby compelling the user to apply more force that results in burning the unwanted multiple body fuels in semimembranosus muscles and biceps femoris muscles.
  • These and other aspects of the embodiments herein will be better appreciated and understood when considered in conjunction with the following description and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood, however, that the following descriptions, while indicating preferred embodiments and numerous specific details thereof, are given by way of illustration and not of limitation. Many changes and modifications may be made within the scope of the embodiments herein without departing from the spirit thereof and the embodiments herein include all such modifications.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • The embodiments herein and the various features and advantageous details thereof are explained more fully with reference to the non-limiting embodiments that are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and detailed in the following description. Descriptions of well-known components and processing techniques are omitted so as to not unnecessarily obscure the embodiments herein. The examples used herein are intended merely to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein. Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein.
  • As mentioned, there remains a need for simple and inexpensive workout apparel with resistance to the user's body movement. The embodiments herein achieve this by providing multiple pads at the joint positions of the workout apparel. Referring now to the drawings, and more particularly to FIGS. 1A through 1B, where similar reference characters denote corresponding features consistently throughout the figures, there are shown preferred embodiments.
  • FIG. 1A is a diagrammatic representation of a front view 100A of a user wearing a resistance workout shirt 102A and a resistance workout pant 102B according to an embodiment herein. The resistance workout shirt 102A includes a first resistance pad 104A, a second resistance pad 104B, a third resistance pad 104C, a forth resistance pad 104D, and a fifth resistance pad 104E.
  • The first resistance pad 104A is coupled to a left and a right shoulder of the resistance workout shirt 102A. When the user lifts the left and/or right arm up, the first resistance pad 104A restricts the user to lift the left and/or right arm up. The restriction compels the user to apply more force to lift the left and/or right arm up, so the user burns excess of multiple body fuels in pectoral muscles. In one embodiment, the multiple body fuels include, but not limited to, glucose (from carbohydrates), fatty acids (from fat) and amino acids (from protein) or the like in the pectoral muscles, the brachialis, the brachioradialis, the oblique muscles, and the gluteus muscles. In one embodiment, the pectoral muscles are one of the paired muscles which cover the front of the ribcage.
  • The second resistance pad 104B is coupled to an elbow joint of a left arm and a right arm of the resistance workout shirt 102A. When the user folds the left and/or right aim, the second resistance pad 104B restricts the user to fold the left and/or right arm. The restriction compels the user to apply more force to fold the left and/or right aim, so the user burns excess of multiple body fuels in brachialis and brachioradialis. In one embodiment, the brachialis and the brachioradialis are the muscles of the arms.
  • The third resistance pad 104C is coupled to a left side and a right side of the upper waist of the resistance workout shirt 102A. When the user bends toward left or right, the third resistance pad 104C restricts the user to bend towards left or right. The restriction compels the user to apply more force to bend towards left or right, so the user burns excess of multiple body fuels in the oblique muscles. In one embodiment, the oblique muscles are the muscles of the lateral anterior abdomen.
  • The forth resistance pad 104D is coupled to a left side and a right side of the upper portion of the resistance workout pant 102B. When the user lifts the left and/or right leg up, the fourth resistance pad 104D restricts the user to lift the left and/or right leg up. The restriction compels the user to apply more force to lift the left and/or right leg up, so the user burns excess of multiple body fuels in the gluteus muscles. In one embodiment, the gluteus muscles are responsible for movement of the thigh.
  • FIG. 1B is a diagrammatic representation of a rear view 100B of the user wearing a resistance workout shirt 102A and a resistance workout pant 102B according to an embodiment herein. The fifth resistance pad 104E is coupled to a popliteal fossa portion of the left leg and the right leg of the resistance workout pant 102B. When the user folds the left and/or right leg, the fifth resistance pad 104E restricts the user to fold the left and/or right leg. The restriction compels the user to apply more force to fold the left and/or right leg, so the user burns excess of multiple body fuels in popliteal fossa portion of the left and/or right leg. The multiple body fuels include glucose (from carbohydrates), fatty acids (from fat) and amino acids (from protein) or the like in the semimembranosus muscle and/or biceps femoris muscle of the left and/or right leg. In one embodiment, popliteal fossa is a shallow depression located at the back of the knee joint and the semimembranosus muscle and the biceps femoris muscle are located in the popliteal fossa portion of the left and/or right leg.
  • In one embodiment, the fabric of the resistance workout shirt and the resistance workout pant may be manufactured from cotton, flax, wool, ramie, silk or the like. The resistance material is, but not limited to, rubber and/or latex material.
  • The muscles burn various kinds of fats, carbohydrates and/or proteins while exercising. The resistance workout apparel is designed to create resistance to strengthen and tone the muscles, while performing “everyday” physical activity such as walking, running or the like. The resistance material/elastic material is intergraded strategically in places to create the most resistance with simple movement. The movement of the user's body with restriction increases the oxygen demand of the user's body. Increase in oxygen intake improves cardiovascular health and builds muscles, thereby producing desired results more effectively and seamlessly.
  • The resistance pad technology pinpoints and focuses on each muscle area rather than one or two pads targeting on a group of muscles. Each pad of the resistance workout apparel works individually to provide resistance against simple muscle movements for a single muscle area.
  • The foregoing description of the specific embodiments will so fully reveal the general nature of the embodiments herein that others can, by applying current knowledge, readily modify and/or adapt for various applications such specific embodiments without departing from the generic concept, and, therefore, such adaptations and modifications should and are intended to be comprehended within the meaning and range of equivalents of the disclosed embodiments. It is to be understood that the phraseology or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation. Therefore, while the embodiments herein have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will recognize that the embodiments herein can be practiced with modification within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (6)

What is claimed is:
1. A resistance workout apparel that assists a user to burn unwanted calories of said user's body targeting specific muscle areas, wherein said resistance workout apparel comprises:
a plurality of resistance pads, that are integrated to various parts of said resistance workout apparel, wherein said user wears said resistance workout apparel, wherein said plurality of resistance pads resist said user to move said user's body, thereby compelling said user to apply more force to make said move that burns said unwanted calories.
2. The resistance workout apparel of claim 1, wherein said resistance workout apparel is a resistance workout pant, and a resistance workout shirt.
3. The resistance workout apparel of claim 1, wherein said resistance workout apparel further comprises:
a first resistance pad that is coupled to shoulder portions of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt, wherein said first resistance pad restricts said user to lift both arms up when said user lifts said both arms up, thereby compelling said user to apply more force to lift said both arms up that results in burning unwanted multiple body fuels in pectoral muscles;
a second resistance pad is coupled to an elbow joint portion of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt, wherein said second resistance pad restricts said user to fold said both arms when said user folds said both arms, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in brachialis muscles and brachioradialis muscles.
4. The resistance workout apparel of claim 1 wherein said resistance workout apparel further comprises:
a third resistance pad that is coupled to upper waist portions of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt wherein said third resistance pad restricts said user to bend when said user bends toward left or right, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in oblique muscles.
a fourth resistance pad is coupled to an upper portion of said resistance workout pant, wherein said user wears said resistance workout pant,
wherein said fourth resistance pad restricts said user to lift both legs when said user lifts said both legs, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in gluteus muscles.
5. The resistance workout apparel of claim 1 wherein said resistance workout apparel further comprises:
a fifth resistance pad that is coupled to popliteal fossa portions of said both legs of said resistance workout pant, wherein said user wears said resistance workout pant,
wherein said fifth resistance pad restricts said user to fold said both legs when said user folds said both legs, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in semimembranosus muscles and biceps femoris muscles.
6. The resistance workout shirt and pant that assists a user to burn unwanted calories of said user's body targeting specific muscle areas, wherein said resistance shirt and pant further comprises:
a first resistance pad that is coupled to shoulders of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt, wherein said first resistance pad restricts said user to lift both arms up when said user lifts said both arms up, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning unwanted multiple body fuels in pectoral muscles.
a second resistance pad is coupled to an elbow joint of said both arms of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt, wherein said second resistance pad restricts said user to fold said both arms when said user folds said both arms, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in brachialis muscles and brachioradialis muscles.
a third resistance pad that is coupled to an upper waist of said resistance workout shirt, wherein said user wears said resistance workout shirt, wherein said third resistance pad restricts said user to bend when said user bends towards left or right, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in oblique muscles.
a fourth resistance pad is coupled to upper portions of said resistance workout pant, wherein said user wears said resistance workout pant, wherein said fourth resistance pad restricts said user to lift both legs when said user lifts said both legs, thereby compelling said user to apply more force that results in burning said unwanted multiple body fuels in gluteus muscle.
a fifth resistance pad that is coupled to popliteal fossa portions of said both legs of said resistance workout pant, wherein said user wears said resistance workout pant,
