- The present invention relates to an electronic cigarette, especially to a disposable electronic cigarette.
- As a hobby product, cigarette is widely welcomed by people, especially men's favorite. However, the tar in cigarettes is harmful to human health, wherein most of them are carcinogenic substances. Moreover, secondary smoking causes great harm to non-smokers. Therefore, most public places have rules of prohibiting smoking. But for smokers, quitting smoking is a very difficult task. Therefore, a lot of cigarette substitutes have emerged on the market, such as electronic cigarettes capable of replacing tobacco.
- Electronic cigarette is also known as virtual cigarette and electronic atomizer, mainly used to quit smoking and replace cigarette. Electronic cigarette have the same appearance of cigarettes, with similar taste of cigarettes, and also can be suck out smoke, taste and feeling like cigarettes; but electronic cigarettes have no tar, suspended particles or other harmful ingredients of cigarettes.
- A disposable electronic cigarette is an electronic cigarette that does not need to charge or replace cartridge, and to be discarded after a single use. But the existing disposable electronic cigarette has the following defects: a disposable electronic cigarette includes an inhalation rod, the inhalation rod has a through cavity. One end of the inhalation rod is a mouthpiece portion. The mouthpiece portion installs a mouthpiece assembly corresponding to a chamber portion. The mouthpiece assembly includes a filter. The outer surface of the filter is adhered to an inner wall of the cavity by glue. However, glue contains ingredients harmful to human being. Then users will definitely inhale more or less harmful ingredients when smoking the electronic cigarette, and long-term smoking and exposure will cause serious harm to the users.
- The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide an electronic cigarette, which can reduce the inhalation of harmful substances in the electronic cigarette.

- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the first mounting part is a first friction surface located on the inner wall of the cavity corresponding to the position of the filter, the second mounting part is a second friction surface located on the outer surface of the filter. The first friction surface and the second friction surface abut and limit to each other to form a friction pair.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the first mounting part is a rib protruding from the convex on the inner wall of the cavity of the inhalation rod, the second mounting part is a step platform formed by recessed from a partial end surface of one end of the outer surface of the filter. The rib locates at one end of the cavity of the inhalation rod, and the filter abuts on the rib from the other end in the cavity of the inhalation rod by the step platform, thus forming a clamp positioning mechanism.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, there are at least two ribs, which are respectively disposed at different locations on a same inner circumference.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the rib is a circle annular rib protruding from the inner wall of the cavity of the inhalation rod.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the mouthpiece assembly disposes a sealing ring. One end of the filter facing the sealing ring has a convex stage, a central of the sealing ring is recessed to form a grove. The convex stage is positioned in the groove. The filter is fixed on the inner wall of the cavity of the inhalation rod by the sealing ring. The seal ring has a through air vent, and the filter communicates with the ventilation tube by an air vent.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the e-liquid accommodation assembly includes a columnar liquid-storage cotton operable to store e-liquid. The liquid-storage cotton has a through central hole. In the central hole installs a liquid-guiding cotton for guiding e-liquid. The ventilation tube passes through the liquid-guiding cotton. Between the ventilation tube and the liquid-guiding cotton disposes a fixing tube. The atomization assembly partly stretches into the ventilation tube.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the atomization assembly includes a battery, an atomization seat and a heating wire assembly connecting with the battery. The atomization assembly includes a base, the base disposes a center convex stage protruding therefrom, the center convex stage stretches into the ventilation tube. The heating wire assembly passes through the atomization seat and then also stretches into the ventilation tube. On the sidewall of the ventilation tube corresponding to the heating wire assembly defines atomization holes.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the base disposes a circle cup wall around the center convex stage. The cup wall and the center convex stage clamp and fix one end of the liquid-storage cotton and one end of the liquid-guiding cotton.
- In a further embodiment of the electronic cigarette of the present invention, the other end of the inhalation rod disposes a microphone and a light cap opposite to one end disposed with the mouthpiece assembly.
- The beneficial effects of the present invention are: in the cavity of the inhalation rod of the electronic cigarette installs a mouthpiece assembly, an e-liquid accommodation assembly and an atomization assembly, wherein between the mouthpiece assembly and the atomization assembly disposes a ventilation tube capable to guide the atomized e-liquid from the atomization assembly to the mouthpiece assembly.
