BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention
This patent specification is about the invention of sitting group that can be used both for sitting purposes as well as advertisement media in gardens, green fields, shopping centers, etc.
2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
Today, numerous sitting groups (benches) are used in the indoor and outdoor areas. We may come across the benches in our daily lives, which are mainly for the purpose of sitting and therefore they are generally broken end deformed in the course of time. They are however usually left as they are without care by the municipalities, giving rise to the visual pollution. Furthermore, it is also burden for the municipalities or other public organizations to obtain, install and maintain the benches. It is therefore, the municipalities or relevant other organization decline to provide the benches on behalf of the people as necessary, considering the cost related to their procurement. On the other hand, conventional benches fall short in providing the means for the promotion of the product and services or serving as the advertisement media, which is crucial for the commercial aspects. Again, the conventional benches are characterized with their stationary construction and therefore, it is difficult to install the benches in case where the installation area is confined.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Thanks to the information zones incorporated in the sitting groups (benches) of the invention, it is possible to make use them as a means of the advertisement, in addition to make use for sitting purposes. By this way, the municipalities and/or relevant organizations are provided with the opportunity of obtaining additional revenues. The additional revenues to be obtained by those companies seeking for the advertisement media will also provide the source for the installation further benches and thus this will solve the financial problem in procuring the benches as necessary. The product subject of the invention might be installed within the shopping centers, gardens, touristic areas as requested by advertising companies and therefore, it will be possible for such companies to address to the targeted segments for their products and services. Thanks to the invention that will provide additional revenues on behalf of the municipalities or relevant other organizations, it will also be possible to provide routine maintenance for the benches included in the advertisement contracts, since it will be necessary to update the promotions included in information zones on the benches. Thanks to the product of the invention, it will be possible to fold the sitting body automatically when not in use and therefore unnecessary occupation of the space by the sitting groups within the confined area will be prevented. Furthermore, folding the sitting body will ensure keeping the sitting area of the sitting groups clean.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The product of the invention is complete with the main body (1) as the frame. The backrest body (2) and sitting body (3) are installed on the main body (1). The backrest body and sitting body (2 and 3) are fixed onto the main body (1) via robust fasteners like bolts and nuts, etc. There are information zones (4) on the back surfaces of backrest body and sitting body (2 and 3). There is information zones (4) are suitable for accommodating the advertisements, promotions, warning, as similar inscriptions/visuals, as necessary. Thanks to the pivoting spindles (5) incorporated on the sitting body (3); it is rotational along the spindle grooves (6) on the main body (1) around its own axis. The center of gravity of the product of the invention is located at the back of the sitting body (3). By this way, it is possible to fold the sitting body (3) toward to the backrest body (2) when the sitting body (3) is not in use and this exposes the information zones (4) located on the bottom surface. The option is also provided to incorporate the motion pistons (7) to the product of the invention. The motion pistons (7) ensure progressive folding of the sitting body (3). By this way, instant folding of the sitting body (7) onto the main body (1) or hitting to the backrest body (2) and thus any deformation is prevented and the service life of the product of the invention is increased. The product of the invention will be preferred and have a competitive stand in the market, since it saves the available area and be used in confined areas for the advertisement and promotion.

Claims

1. A sitting group comprising a backrest body incorporated to a main body via robust fasteners like bolts and nuts, etc, which includes information zones its back surface.

2. A sitting group comprising a sitting body incorporated to a main body via robust fasteners like bolts and nuts, etc., which includes information zones at its back surface.

3. The sitting group of claim 2, wherein the center of gravity of said sitting body is located at the back of the product of the invention and that it rotates around its own axis via pivoting spindles installed in the pivoting grooves.

4. A sitting group comprising motion pistons that ensure progressive folding of the sitting body, which is located between the sitting body and the main body.
