Description
- The present invention relates to flat computers, and in particular to a flat computer supporting device with a function of receiving bag which has the function of supporting a flat computer at a desired position, and receiving the computer therein.
- Flat computers are a main trend in application of computers. The percentage of flat computers over the computers is increased gradually. iPad Smart Cover is a kind of cover for protecting the screen of the iPad. The backside of the iPad is not covered by the iPad Smart Cover. However in many applications of the iPad, the flat computer is needed to stand at a desired orientation for displaying. Generally, the user finds a supporter to support the flat computer or take it at hand. However this is inconvenient for users. Although the Smart cover has the function of supporting an iPad to stand, the slopes of the iPad on the table are finite and the supporting function of the Smart cover is short and thus it is unsteadily.
- Furthermore, if the iPad is not used, it is necessary to receive the iPad and other documents used with the iPad. As a result, the user must prepare another bag for receiving the iPad and others. This is inconvenient for the user.
- Thus, there is an eager demand for a novel design which can resolve the prior art defects.
- The object of the present invention is to provide a flat computer supporting device with a function of receiving bag, wherein the present invention is not only as used for supporting an object (for example, a flat computer), but also it can be used as a receiving bag for receiving objects in the space between the front plate and the back plate.
- Furthermore, the different sections in the support plate cause that the folding of the support plate can make the whole structure stand and the angle for supporting the order is adjustable to a desire one. No other supporting frame is needed. Thus the functions of the present invention are multiple and it can be operated conveniently to match the practical necessity.
- The achieve above object, the present invention provides a flat computer supporting device with a function of receiving bag, comprising: a front plate including a second plate and a support plate; the second plate being pivotally or rotatable connected to the support plate; a back plate having an area covering the front plate and a longer than the front plate; three sides of the back plate being adhered to the front plate; the other side of the front plate not connected to the back plate being formed with an opening so that the front plate and the back plate is formed as a receiving bag; a longer side of the back plate extending to an upper side of the opening so as to form as an exposing area; a first plate being adhered on the exposing area of the back plate; the first plate being made of hard or flexible material; with respect to a transversal direction of the opening, the first plate and the second plate being longitudinally arranged; a longitudinal length of the first plate being shorter than that of the second plate; wherein the support plate is formed with different sections which are connected flexible so that the support plate is foldable along these sections; thus by folding the sections of the support plate, the support plate is formed as a three dimensional structure for standing.

However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- The Structure of the present invention will be described herein with reference to
FIGS. 1(A) toFIG. 6 . - A
front plate 10 includes a second plate Y and asupport plate 20. The second plate Y is pivotally (or rotatable) connected to the support plate. The second plate Y and thesupport plate 20 are made of hard or flexible materials (seeFIG. 1(A) ). - A
back plate 12 has an area covering thefront plate 10 and a longer than thefront plate 10. Three sides of theback plate 12 is adhered to the front plate 10 (by for example, sticking, gluing or seaming, etc.). The other side of thefront plate 10 not connected to theback plate 12 is formed with an opening so that thefront plate 10 and theback plate 12 are formed as a receiving body. A longer side of theback plate 12 extends to an upper side of the opening so as to form as an exposing area. A first plate X is adhered on the exposing area of theback plate 12. The first plate X is made of hard or flexible material. With respect to a transversal direction of the opening, the first plate X and the second plate Y are longitudinally arranged. A longitudinal length of the first plate X is shorter than that of the second plate Y (seeFIG. 1(B) ). - A back side of the
back plate 12 opposite to the side having the first plate X can be printed with advertisement patterns or others (seeFIG. 1(C) ). - In the present invention, the body formed by the
front plate 10 and theback plate 12 is formed as a receiving bag for receiving any object. In the preferred usage of the present invention, a flat computer can be placed therein. Furthermore, other object, such as notebooks, pens, etc. can be placed therein. Then the first plate X is bent toward the second plate Y so as to form as a cover to seal the opening of the bag (seeFIG. 2 ). - In expansion state, the
front plate 10, second plate Y and thesupport plate 20 are arranged longitudinally so that the first plate X is foldable with respect to the second plate Y. When the first plate X is overlapped with the second plate Y, since the first plate X is shorter than the second plate Y, a step area is formed at the side near thesupport plate 20. - When the first plate X is overlapped with the second plate Y, the
support plate 20 can be bent upward so that the step area between the first plate X and the second plate Y and an edge of thesupport plate 20 near the second plate Y is formed with atrench 123. A flat computer 99 (or other flat object) can be located on thetrench 123 so that it stands (seeFIG. 4 ). - To cause the
support plate 20 to stand on a surface, thesupport plate 20 can be formed with different sections which are connected flexible so that thesupport plate 20 is foldable along these sections and thus thesupport plate 20 is formed as a three dimensional structure for standing. - With reference to
FIG. 3(A) , a first embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, thesupport plate 20 is formed by three triangular sections A, B and C at an upper side and two triangular sections D and E at a lower side thereof. These triangular sections are connected flexibly so that the adjacent triangular sections are foldable to one another. The arrangement of these triangular sections is that a point near a lower side of thesupport plate 20 is radiated with 4 lines to the four corners of thefront plate 10 so as to form with four triangular sections A, B C and (D and E), in that a triangular section C at an upper side and between the other two triangular sections A and B has a shape approximately equal to an isosceles triangle. The triangular sections (D and E) near a lower side of thesupport plate 20 is further divided into two triangular sections D and E which are approximately identical to one another. - In the present invention, each of the triangular sections D and E aside the isosceles triangular section C is installed with a
buckle 30 and a connectingstrip 31, respectively so that thebuckle 30 can buckle the connectingstrip 31. By adjusting the position of the connectingstrip 31 buckling to thebuckle 31, a height of thesupport plate 20 standing on a table surface is adjustable (seeFIG. 3(B) ). - Referring to
FIGS. 5(A) and 6 , in folding, thesupport plate 20 is folded toward the second plate Y, preferable, the angle between thesupport plate 20 and the second plate Y is between 45 degrees to 60 degrees. Then the triangular sections A and C are folded backwards so that the triangular sections D and E close to one another. Thus thesupport plate 20 is formed as a steady seat. Then the first plate X is folded to overlap with the second plate Y so as to form with thetrench 123 for locating an object, for example, a flat computer. Then the connectingstrip 31 is buckled to thebuckle 31. - With reference to
FIG. 6 , another form of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, thesupport plate 20 is formed by three triangular sections G, H and I at an upper side and two oblong sections J and K at a lower side thereof. These sections are connected flexibly so that the adjacent triangular sections are foldable to one another. The three triangular sections G, H and I include two right triangles G and H clamping an isosceles triangle I. A bottom of each right triangles G and H is adjacent to a corresponding oblong sections J and K. The areas between the different sections of thesupport plate 20 have weak structures so that they are folded to one another. - The folding of this case is that the
support plate 20 is folded toward the second plate Y and the triangular sections G and H folded backwards. Then the two oblong sections J and K folded to one another. - Advantages of the present invention is that the present invention is not only used for supporting an object (for example, a flat computer), but also it can be used as a receiving bag for receiving objects in the space between the
front plate 10 and theback plate 12. Furthermore, the different sections in thesupport plate 20 cause that the folding of thesupport plate 20 can make the whole structure stand and the angle for supporting the order is adjustable to a desire one. No other supporting frame is needed. Thus the functions of the present invention are multiple and it can be operated conveniently to match the practical necessity. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
