Abstract

A high heel shoe structure includes a shoe sole. The shoe sole includes an outsole, a mid sole adhered on top of the outsole and a shoe bed adhered on top of the mid sole. An air chamber and a groove are provided between the mid sole and the shoe bed. The air chamber is provided with a plurality of resilient studs. The shoe bed has a plurality of vents which communicate with the air chamber. Two ends of the groove communicate with the air chamber and outside, respectively. Without increasing the thickness of the high heel shoe, the air chamber and the resilient studs are configured to form a buffer space for providing a cushion effect and the air in the high heel shoe is ventilated to keep a dry condition.

Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a high heel shoe structure, and more particularly to a shoe sole.
  • 2. Description of the Prior Art
  • There have been a number of shoes provided with an air cushion on an outsole to create a buffer and cushion effect. Some shoes are provided with support studs between an outsole and a mid shoe, so that there is a gap between the outsole and the mid sole to create cushion and ventilation effects. However, the air cushion and the support studs have a specific size which will increase the thickness of the shoe. This limits the type of shoe. In particular, for a high heel shoe, the thickness of the shoe will influence the appearance of the shoe. What is needed is a high heel shoe having cushion and ventilation effects, without increasing the thickness of the shoe.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • A high heel shoe structure comprises a vamp, a shoe sole and a shoe heel. The shoe sole further comprises an outsole, a mid sole adhered on top of the outsole and a shoe bed adhered on top of the mid sole. Circumferential portions of the mid sole and the shoe bed are sealed completely. An air chamber is provided between the mid sole and the shoe bed. The air chamber is provided with a plurality of resilient studs. A groove is provided between the mid sole and the shoe bed. The groove has a first end interconnected with the air chamber and a second end formed with an exhaust hole to communicate with outside. The shoe bed has a plurality of vents which communicate with the air chamber. Accordingly, the air chamber and the resilient studs are configured to form a buffer space for providing a cushion effect. The air in the air chamber will be exhausted through the groove and the exhaust hole when walking. Thus, the air in the high heel shoe can be ventilated to keep a dry condition. Without increasing the thickness of the high heel shoe, the present invention also beautifies the appearance of the high heel shoe.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Embodiments of the present invention will now be described, by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a shoe sole of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the shoe sole of the preferred embodiment of the present invention. The present invention discloses a high heel shoe 100 which has cushion and ventilation effects. The high heel shoe 100 comprises a vamp 10, a shoe sole 20, and a shoe heel 30. The shoe sole 20 further comprises an outsole 21, a mid sole 22 adhered on top of the outsole 21, and a shoe bed 23 adhered on top of the mid sole 22.
  • An air chamber 24 is provided between the mid sole 22 and the shoe bed 23. The air chamber 24 is provided with a plurality of resilient studs 25. In this embodiment, the air chamber 24 is disposed at a front section of the shoe sole 20. The air chamber 24 and the resilient studs 25 are integrally formed with the shoe bed 23. The air chamber 24 is recessed on one side of the shoe bed 23, facing the mid sole 22. The resilient studs 25 are disposed in the air chamber 24. The shoe bed 23 is made of Polyurethane (PU) or the like which is soft and resilient, so that the resilient studs 25 have better resilience. The shoe bed 23 is adhered to the mid sole 22 by means of hot melt to completely seal circumferential portions of the mid sole 22 and the shoe bed 23, such that the air chamber 24 is in a closed state. The resilient studs 25 lean against the mid sole 22, as shown in FIG. 3, for resiliently supporting the air chamber 24 to form a cushion space. When the user puts on the high heel shoe 100 and walks, the air chamber 24 and the resilient studs 25 provide a cushion effect so that the user feels comfortable.
  • Besides, the shoe bed 23 has a plurality of vents 26 which communicate with the air chamber 24. A groove 27 is provided between the mid sole 22 and the shoe bed 23. The groove 27 has a first end interconnected with the air chamber 24 and a second end formed with an exhaust hole 28 to communicate with outside. In this embodiment, the groove 27 is located close to an outer edge of the shoe sole 20, and the groove 27 is integrally formed with the bed shoe 23. As shown in FIG. 1, the groove 27 is recessed on one side of the shoe bed 23, facing the mid sole 22. The second end of the groove 27, opposite to the air chamber 24, is extended toward the shoe heel 30. The outsole 21 has the exhaust hole 28 which is located close to the shoe heel 30 and communicates with the groove 27, so that the groove 27 is able to communicate with outside. The exhaust hole 28 is provided with a one-way valve 29.
  • Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, when the user puts on the high heel shoe 100 and walks, the air chamber 24 and the resilient studs 25 are configured to form a buffer space for providing a cushion effect, so that the user will feel comfortable when walking. When the user's foot steps on the ground, the air in the air chamber 24 will be exhausted through the groove 27 and the exhaust hole 28. When the user's foot is away from the ground, the air in the shoe will be inhaled from the vents into the air chamber 24 because the exhaust hole 28 is provided with the one-way valve 29. The air in the shoe will be exhausted from the exhaust hole 28 when the user's foot steps on the ground again. Thus, the air in the high heel shoe 100 can be ventilated to keep a dry condition, preventing the foot from diseases. Furthermore, the air chamber 24 and the resilient studs 25 are disposed between the mid sole 22 and the shoe bed 23, which doesn't increase the thickness of the high heel shoe 100. The high heel shoe 100 of the present invention not only provides the aforesaid effects but also beautifies the appearance of the high heel shoe 100, having an economical benefit.
  • FIG. 4 is an exploded view of another embodiment of the present invention, which is substantially similar to the aforesaid embodiment with the exceptions described hereinafter. The air chamber 24, the resilient studs 25 and the groove 27 are integrally formed with the mid sole 22. A ventilation support pad 40 is provided in the air chamber 24. In this embodiment, the ventilation support pad 40 is a sponge pad. The groove 27 is covered with a hard stop board 50, such as a plastic board. The ventilation support pad 40 is adapted to support the air chamber 24, increasing the stability when walking. The hard stop board 50 is adapted to prevent the groove 27 from being blocked, ensuring the air chamber 24 to exhaust smoothly.
  • Although particular embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the present invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A high heel shoe structure, comprising a vamp, a shoe sole and a shoe heel, the shoe sole further comprising an outsole, a mid sole adhered on top of the outsole and a shoe bed adhered on top of the mid sole, and characterized by:
circumferential portions of the mid sole and the shoe bed being sealed completely, an air chamber being provided between the mid sole and the shoe bed, the air chamber being provided with a plurality of resilient studs, a groove being provided between the mid sole and the shoe bed, the groove having a first end interconnected with the air chamber and a second end formed with an exhaust hole to communicate with outside, the shoe bed having a plurality of vents which communicate with the air chamber;
thereby, the air chamber and the resilient studs being configured to form a buffer space for cushion, air in the air chamber being exhausted through the groove and the exhaust hole when walking, the air in the shoe being inhaled from the vents into the air chamber for ventilation.
2. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air chamber and the resilient studs are integrally formed with the shoe bed, and the air chamber is recessed on one side of the shoe bed, facing the mid sole.
3. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resilient studs are made of Polyurethane (PU).
4. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove is integrally formed with the bed shoe and recessed on one side of the shoe bed, facing the mid sole.
5. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the exhaust hole is provided with a one-way valve.
6. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a ventilation support pad is provided in the air chamber.
7. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ventilation support pad is a sponge pad.
8. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove is covered with a hard stop board.
9. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the groove is located close to an outer edge of the shoe sole.
10. The high heel shoe structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air chamber is disposed at a front section of the shoe sole, the second end of the groove, opposite to the air chamber, is extended toward the shoe heel, and the outsole has the exhaust hole which is located close to the shoe heel and communicates with the groove for the groove to communicate with outside.
