Abstract
[Problem to be Solved] The present invention is a formwork panel which can be utilized as an ordinary flat plate-shaped formwork and is further provided with excellent flexibility of design for forming a corner portion for a formwork when the formwork panel is utilized as the corner portion and prevents concrete or mortal from leaking from an unintended position.
[Solving Means] A formwork panel 1 is a formwork panel of an implanted type formed by bending a plate-shaped material made from steel to an approximately rectangular shape in front view and an approximately squared wave shape in sectional view and cutting the same. By bending the panel steel plate to an approximately squared wave shape, a plurality of ridges 11 parallel with one another is formed on the formwork panel 1 at a predetermined interval. A plurality of projection-shaped ribs 12 in section in a widthwise direction is formed between the respective ridges 11 in parallel with the ridges 11 in a repetitive manner at a predetermined interval. Further, cuts 13 with a predetermined length are provided on both ends of the ridge 11 in a panel widthwise direction in parallel with the ridge 11 at a predetermined interval in a dashed manner.
Description
- The present invention relates to a formwork panel, and in particular to a formwork panel for forming a concrete foundation or a wall surface of a building or the like.
- As a concrete formwork for forming a foundation or a wall surface of a building, a formwork panel is used.
- At a construction time, while the formwork panels are caused to face each other, they are provided in a standing manner to configure formworks for forming a concrete foundation or a wall surface and concrete is caused to flow in between the formworks. Thereafter, the formwork panels can be utilized as building materials as they are without removing the formwork panels even after the concrete has been hardened.
- By using the formwork panels to form the concrete formworks in this manner, the need to remove the formworks can be saved and strength of a foundation or a wall surface of a building can be reinforced effectively.
- However, since the formwork panel ordinarily has a plate shape, there is such a problem that it is difficult to use the formwork panel for a corner portion of a concrete foundation.
- It is necessary to form a corner portion at a construction time of a concrete foundation for a building or the like, but when it is tried to form a corner portion using plate-shaped formwork panels, a gap occurs at the corner portion necessarily and strength of the corner portion becomes insufficient. Accordingly, such a need occurs that an exclusive formwork member for a corner portion must be prepared separately.
- As a formwork panel for a construction for solving such a problem, a formwork panel disclosed in
Patent Document 1 has been proposed. - On the formwork panel disclosed in
Patent Document 1, rib portions penetrating in a panel longitudinal direction are provided in a projecting manner to be parallel to one another at predetermined intervals in a widthwise direction of the formwork panel by bending a metal thin plate. Further, on the formwork panel, small ribs for reinforcement are provided between the rib portions to be continuously from and parallel to the rib portion. A plurality of slits penetrating through two sides of the formwork panel is provided at an approximately central portion between the ribs in parallel to the rib portions in a dotted line manner. - By bending the formwork panel at a right angle along the slit string provided in the dotted line manner, it is made possible to utilize the formwork panel as a corner portion of a wall surface of a concrete foundation.
- Thus, the formwork panel disclosed in
Patent Document 1 can be utilized as an ordinary flat plate-shaped formwork panel and it can also be utilized as a formwork corner member provided with sufficient strength by applying bending work to the formwork panel. - Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 3283730
- However, the formwork panel disclosed in
Patent Document 1 includes two problems such as described below. - First, since the slit string is provided only in the approximately center between the rib portions, a position where a bending work can be performed is limited to the central portion between the rib portions and sufficient flexibility of construction cannot be obtained. Therefore, there is a possibility that it is forced to prepare formwork panels having various sizes conforming to sizes of foundations or wall surfaces of a building.
- Second, since the slits are formed to penetrate through two sides of the formwork panel, concrete or mortal leaks from a formation position of the slits outside of the foundation or the wall surface.
- In view of the above problems, the present invention has been made and an object thereof is to provide a formwork panel which can be utilized as an ordinary flat plate-shaped formwork and, when being utilized as a corner portion of a formwork, is provided with excellent flexibility of design for forming the corner portion, where concrete or mortal can be prevented from leaking from an unintended position.
- In order to achieve the object, the present invention is a formwork panel which is used as a formwork for concrete, wherein a plurality of ridges formed on the formwork panel in a panel longitudinal direction is provided on the formwork panel to be approximately parallel to one another in a panel widthwise direction; and cuts with a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of the panel are provided on both ends of each of the ridges in the panel widthwise direction to be approximately parallel to the ridges at fixed intervals.
- The present invention is a formwork panel which is used as a formwork for concrete, wherein a plurality of ridges formed on the formwork panel in a panel longitudinal direction is provided on the formwork panel to be approximately parallel to one another in a panel widthwise direction; a plurality of ribs are provided between the ridges to be approximately parallel to the ridges in the panel widthwise direction; and cuts with a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of the panel are provided between the ridge and the rib adjacent to the ridge to be approximately parallel to the ridges in the panel longitudinal direction at fixed intervals.
- According to the present invention, both ends of each of the ridges in the panel widthwise direction are provided to be continuously connected to the ribs via groove portions, respectively, and
- a string of the cuts is formed along a boundary line between the ridge and the groove portion and a boundary line between the rib and the groove.
- According to the invention, the cuts are formed to be capable of being cut off by bending the formwork panel in forward and backward directions repeatedly along the string of the cuts.
- According to the present invention, the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
- According to the present invention, since a plurality of ridges formed in the panel longitudinal direction are provided on the formwork panel to be approximately parallel to one another and cuts with a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of the panel are provided on both ends of each of the ridges in the panel widthwise direction to be approximately parallel to the ridges at fixed intervals, the formwork panel can be bent to an arbitrary angle at a desired position and it can be utilized for corner portions of formworks corresponding to various sizes.

formwork panel 1 according to the embodiment will be explained below with reference to the drawings. - As shown in the drawings, the
formwork panel 1 is a formwork panel of an implanted type obtained by bending a plate-shaped material made from steel to an approximately rectangular shape in front view and an approximately squared wave shape in sectional view and cutting the same to perform forming. - For example, a size of a completed product of the
formwork panel 1 is set such that a length thereof is in a range from 300 to 7000 mm, a width thereof is 600 mm, and a thickness thereof is in a range from about 0.2 to 1.0 mm. - By bending the panel steel plate in the approximately squared wave shape in this manner, a plurality of
ridges 11 in parallel with one another are provided on theformwork panel 1 at predetermined intervals so that strength of thepanel 1 itself is reinforced. - By forming the panel section in the equilateral squared wave shape, excellent strength against force acting from a surface side or a back side is exerted.
- Incidentally, in the embodiment, formation direction of the
ridges 11 is defined as “a lengthwise direction” of theformwork panel 1 and a direction perpendicular to the lengthwise direction in theformwork panel 1 is defined as “widthwise direction”. - As shown in the figures, the
ridge 11 comprises anupper face 31 andside faces 32 which are two faces provided in both widthwise directions of theupper face 31 continuously thereto. - A length of the
upper face 31 in the widthwise direction and a length of theside face 32 in the widthwise direction (a depth direction) are in a range from about 10 to 20 mm. - An interval in the widthwise direction between the
ridges 11 adjacent to each other is in a range from about 10 to 50 mm. - A plurality of
ribs 12 having a projection shape in a widthwise section and a plurality ofgroove portions 16 having a recessed shape in the widthwise section are formed on a recessed face between therespective ridges 11 in parallel with theridges 11 for each predetermined interval in a repetitive manner. In the embodiment, theridges 11, thegroove portions 16, and theribs 12 are provided in such a manner as theridge 11→thegroove portion 16→therib 12→thegroove portion 16→therib 12→ . . . →thegroove portion 16→theridge 11→ . . . , and thegroove portions 16 are provided so as to be continuously connected to both sides of theridge 11 in the widthwise direction. - The
rib 12 has a width in a range from about 8 to 20 mm and a height in a range from about 3 to 10 mm, and a section thereof in the widthwise direction is formed in a semi-circular arc shape, for example. - The
groove portion 16 is formed to have a width in a range from about 2 to 10 mm. - Further,
cuts 13 with a predetermined length are provided on both ends of theridge 11 in the panel widthwise direction, namely, on a boundary line between therib 12 and thegroove portion 16 adjacent to therib 12 in parallel with theridge 11 at predetermined intervals in a dashed manner. - A corner portion of the formwork can be formed by bending the
formwork panel 1 to a predetermined angle along a string ofcuts 13 formed in the dashed manner. - By bending the
formwork panel 1 along the string ofcuts 13 formed in the dashed manner in forward and backward directions several times in a repetitive manner, theformwork panel 1 can be cut to a desired size easily. - The
cut 13 is a cut with a fine small width and a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of theformwork panel 1, and it is formed such that, after concrete or mortal is cast, liquid concrete or mortal does not leak from thecut 13. A width of thecut 13 is formed so as to be capable of discharging excess water included in the concrete or mortal. - For example, the
cut 13 has a width in a range from about 0.3 to 1 mm and a length in a range from about 10 to 50 mm, and thecuts 13 are formed in a dashed manner such that an interval of thecuts 13 in the lengthwise direction is in a range from about 10 to 30 mm. - Since an interval of strings of
cuts 13 in the widthwise direction substantially coincides with an interval of theridges 11 in the widthwise direction or a length of theupper face 31 of theridge 11 in the widthwise direction, an interval of the strings ofcuts 13 in the widthwise direction can be easily adjusted to an arbitrary interval falling in a range from about 10 to 50 mm by properly adjusting a formation interval of theridges 11 in the panel widthwise direction or the width of theupper face 31. - Thereby, it is possible to design a bending position of the
formwork panel 1 at a desired position freely and it is possible to improve flexibility of design at a formwork construction time to a large extent. - A plurality of lid-
shaped lid portions 14 is provided on the side of theupper face 31 of theridge 11. When thelid portion 14 is opened, aseparator insertion hole 15 is formed. - As described above, at a construction time, the formwork is configured by providing the
formwork panels 1 in a standing manner so as to face each other but theformwork panels 1 facing each other can be coupled to each other by inserting separators in theseparator insertion holes 15 to fix theformwork panels 1 usingform ties 102. -
FIG. 3 is an enlarged front view of the formwork panel according to the embodiment of the present invention. - As illustrated in
FIG. 3 , a C-shapedcut 21 penetrating trough two sides while leaving a portion of a circle and a folding-back portion 22 which is the one portion of a circle left without providing thecut 21 are provided so that theabovementioned lid portion 14 is formed. - By folding back the
lid portion 14 along the folding-back portion 22, thelid portion 14 is put in a lid-opened state, so that theseparator insertion hole 15 is formed. -
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an appearance of theformwork panel 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention which has been bent along the string ofcuts 13. - The
formwork panel 1 can be freely bent to a predetermined angle along the string ofcuts 13. For example, as illustrated inFIG. 4 , by performing bending at an approximately right angle along the string ofcuts 13, the formwork panel can be utilized for a concrete foundation or a corner portion of a wall for a building. - From this, it becomes possible to form both formwork portions of a flat portion and a corner portion using
only formwork panels 1, especially, without preparing an exclusive formwork member for a corner portion. - <Construction Example of
Formwork Panel 1> -
FIG. 5 is a view showing a construction example of theformwork panels 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention. - As illustrated in
FIG. 5 , a formwork is formed by providing theformwork panels 1 in a standing manner while the formwork panels are caused to face each other. - At this time, regarding a flat (straight) portion of a formwork, the
formwork panel 1 is used as it is without bending the same. On the other hand, regarding a corner portion of the formwork, theformwork panel 1 is used by bending theformwork panel 1 along an arbitrary string ofcuts 13. - At a formwork construction time, a
formwork panel 1 is provided in standing manner such that its end portion in the widthwise direction overlap with an end portion of anotherformwork panel 1 adjacent thereto in the widthwise direction. - At this time, the positions of the abovementioned separator insertion holes 15 are superimposed on each other. By inserting a separator into the separator insertion holes 15 superimposed to fix a
form tie 102 using a nut or the like, formwork panels adjacent to each other are fixed to each other and a distance between formwork panels facing each other is fixed. - At a formwork construction time, strength of the whole formwork is reinforced by disposing
pipes 101 or the like on a front face side (an outer face side of the formwork) of theformwork panels 1 so as to penetrate in the widthwise direction. - The
pipes 101 are held by the form ties 102 and fixed on theformwork panels 1. - A grounding side of the
formwork panels 1 is erected by supportingmembers 103 with an approximately U shape in section whose one sides are made longer than the other sides thereof. - A waveform section side of the
formwork panel 1 is fitted into the U-shaped groove of the supportingmember 103, and the supportingmember 103 and theformwork panel 1 are fixed to each other using a fixing tool such a nail. - As explained above, according to the embodiment, in a
formwork panel 1 where a plurality ofridges 11 are provided approximately in parallel with one another at predetermined intervals and a plurality ofreinforcement ribs 12 are further provided approximately in parallel with each other between theridges 12, since a string ofcuts 13 for bending is provided between theridge 11 and therib 12 adjacent to theridge 11 approximately in parallel with theridge 11 in a dashed manner, theformwork panel 1 can be used as a formwork for not only a straight portion of a formwork in section but also corner portions corresponding to various size by bending theformwork panel 1 at an arbitrary portion thereof easily. - Since the width of the
cut 13 has a minute length, it is possible to prevent leakage of concrete or mortal and discharge excessive water contained in the concrete or mortal naturally. - By bending the
formwork panel 1 along a string ofcuts 13 in forward and backward directions in a repetitive manner, the formwork panel can be cut easily so that formwork panels corresponding to various sizes can be prepared easily. As a result, troublesome working such that cutting is performed using an electric cutter or the like so as to conform with formworks corresponding to various sizes can be skipped so that construction efficiency can be improved. - Incidentally, the abovementioned embodiment is one example of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiment and can be implemented while being modified variously without deviating from the gist of the present invention.

Claims (16)
1. A formwork panel used as a formwork for concrete, wherein
a plurality of ridges formed in a panel longitudinal direction is provided on the formwork panel to be approximately parallel with one another in a panel widthwise direction; and
cuts with a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of the panel are provided on both ends of each of the ridges to be approximately parallel to the ridges at fixed intervals.
2. A formwork panel used as a formwork for concrete, wherein
a plurality of ridges formed in a panel longitudinal direction is provided on the formwork panel to be approximately parallel to one another in a panel widthwise direction;
a plurality of ribs is provided between the ridges to be approximately parallel to the ridges in the panel widthwise direction; and
cuts with a predetermined length penetrating through two sides of the panel are provided between the ridge and the rib adjacent to the ridge to be approximately parallel with the ridge in the panel longitudinal direction at fixed intervals.
3. The formwork panel according to claim 1 , wherein
both ends of each of the ridges in the panel widthwise direction are provided to be continuously connected to the ribs via groove portions, respectively, and
a string of the cuts is formed along a boundary line between the ridge and the groove portion and a boundary line between the rib and the groove portion.
4. The formwork panel according to claim 1 , wherein
the cuts are formed to be capable of being cut off by bending the formwork panel in forward and backward directions repeatedly along the string of the cuts.
5. The formwork panel according to claim 1 , wherein
the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
6. The formwork panel according to claim 2 , wherein
both ends of each of the ridges in the panel widthwise direction are provided to be continuously connected to the ribs via groove portions, respectively, and
a string of the cuts is formed along a boundary line between the ridge and the groove portion and a boundary line between the rib and the groove portion.
7. The formwork panel according to claim 2 , wherein
the cuts are formed to be capable of being cut off by bending the formwork panel in forward and backward directions repeatedly along the string of the cuts.
8. The formwork panel according to claim 3 , wherein
the cuts are formed to be capable of being cut off by bending the formwork panel in forward and backward directions repeatedly along the string of the cuts.
9. The formwork panel according to claim 6 , wherein
the cuts are formed to be capable of being cut off by bending the formwork panel in forward and backward directions repeatedly along the string of the cuts.
10. The formwork panel according to claim 2 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
11. The formwork panel according to claim 3 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
12. The formwork panel according to claim 4 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
13. The formwork panel according to claim 6 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
14. The formwork panel according to claim 7 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
15. The formwork panel according to claim 8 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
16. The formwork panel according to claim 9 , wherein the width of the cuts is in a range from 0.3 to 1 mm.
