Abstract

The framework for drying clothes is disclosed. The clothes drying frame comprises a main pulley frame, a secondary pulley frame, a suspension cable and a clothes-drying pole, the main pulley frame and the secondary pulley frame being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame including a rolling roller pivotally mounted within a housing, the housing mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller being provided with a press roller without an axle, and the suspension cable positioned between the rolling roller and the pressing roller and two suspension members are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable, and the clothes-drying pole being placed between the two suspension members. The space of the spaced-apart-ring prevents the suspension cable from entangling with each other.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to framework for use in drying clothings, and in particular, a framework which employs pulleys such that suspension cables will not entangle with each other.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
  • Conventional framework for drying clothings used in apartments is fixed type framework which mounted to the ceiling of the corridor. Due to the fixed structure and the height of the structure, it is not convenient to hang wet clothes to dry under normal sunlight. To solve the problem, drying poles which could be elevated and lowered are employed. The elevating and lowering device for this purpose comprises a main pulley frame, a secondary pulley frame, suspension cable and a drying rod. The suspension cable elevates the drying rod and if the drying rod is to be fixed, the suspension cable has to be pulled outward so that it leans onto a pressing roller. When the cable is loosen, the pressing roller and a rolling roller clip the suspension cable. Thus, the suspension cable is secured and the drying rod is stationery at a fixed height.
  • However, the drawback of the conventional drying framework is that the suspension cable will entangle, and when the cable is pulled, the cable may rub against the adjacent cable and therefore the longevity of cable is reduced. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a framework for drying clothes which mitigates the above drawback.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • It is an object of the present invention to provide a framework for drying clothes comprising main pulley frame, a secondary pulley frame, a suspension cable and a clothes-drying pole, the main pulley frame and the secondary pulley frame being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame including a rolling roller pivotally mounted within a housing, the housing mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller being provided with a press roller without an axle, and the suspension cable positioned between the rolling roller and the pressing roller and two suspension members are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable, and the clothes-drying pole being placed between the two suspension members, characterized in that a spaced-apart ring is formed along the circumferential edge of the rolling roller and a circular groove corresponding to the spaced-apart ring is formed to the pressing roller, and by means of the clipping of the suspension cable between the spaced-apart-ring and the circular groove, the suspension cable, two adjacent cables will not be entangled to each other. a main pulley frame, a secondary pulley frame, a suspension cable and a clothes-drying pole, the main pulley frame and the secondary pulley frame being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame including a rolling roller pivotally mounted within a housing, the housing mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller being provided with a press roller without an axle, and the suspension cable positioned between the rolling roller and the pressing roller and two suspension members are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable, and the clothes-drying pole being placed between the two suspension members, characterized in that a spaced-apart ring is formed along the circumferential edge of the rolling roller and a circular groove corresponding to the spaced-apart ring is formed to the pressing roller, and by means of the clipping of the suspension cable between the spaced-apart-ring and the circular groove, the suspension cable, two adjacent cables will not be entangled to each other.
  • Still another object of the present invention is to provide a framework for drying clothes, wherein the spaced-apart ring will isolate two adjacent suspension cable from entangling with each other.
  • Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a framework for drying clothes, wherein friction between two adjacent cables will be avoided.
  • Other objects, and advantages will become more apparent in view of the following detailed description in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is shown a framework for drying clothes. The clothes-drying frame comprises a main pulley frame 1, a secondary pulley frame 2, a suspension cable 3 and a clothes-drying pole 4, the main pulley frame 1 and the secondary pulley frame 2 being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame 10 including a rolling roller 12 pivotally mounted within a housing 11, the housing 11 mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller 12 being provided with a press roller 13 without an axle, and the suspension cable 3 positioned between the rolling roller 12 and the pressing roller 13 and two suspension members 31 are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable 3, and the clothes-drying pole 4 being placed between the two suspension members 31, characterized in that a spaced-apart ring 121 is formed along the circumferential edge of the rolling roller 12 and a circular groove 131 corresponding to the spaced-apart ring 121 is formed to the pressing roller 13, and by means of the clipping of the suspension cable 3 between the spaced-apart-ring 12 and the circular groove 131, the suspension cable 3, two adjacent cables 3 will not be entangled to each other. a main pulley frame 1, a secondary pulley frame 2, a suspension cable 3 and a clothes-drying pole 4, the main pulley frame 1 and the secondary pulley frame 2 being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame 10 including a rolling roller 12 pivotally mounted within a housing 11, the housing 11 mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller 12 being provided with a press roller 13 without an axle, and the suspension cable 3 positioned between the rolling roller 12 and the pressing roller 13 and two suspension members 31 are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable 3, and the clothes-drying pole 4 being placed between the two suspension members 31, characterized in that a spaced-apart ring 121 is formed along the circumferential edge of the rolling roller 12 and a circular groove 131 corresponding to the spaced-apart ring 121 is formed to the pressing roller 13, and by means of the clipping of the suspension cable 3 between the spaced-apart-ring 12 and the circular groove 131, the suspension cable 3, two adjacent cables 3 will not be entangled to each other.
  • In order to lower or elevate the clothes-drying pole 4, as shown in FIG. 3, the suspension cable 3 is pulled inward such that the pressing roller 13 drops down without leaning against the rolling roller 12. At this point, the suspension rod 3 is lifted or dropped down the clothes-drying pole 4. When the suspension cable 4 is to be fastened, the suspension cable 4 is pulled outward, and the suspension 3 leans onto the press roller 13. When the suspension cable is loosen 3 a bit, due to an inclined face 11 a mounted on the top section of the press roller 13, when the suspension cable 3 is loosen, the press roller 13 moves upward, the press roller 13 moves toward the rolling roller 12 due to the inclined face 1 la such that the press roller 13 presses against the rolling roller 12. Thus the suspension cable 3 is clipped and the cable 3 is secured and the clothes-drying pole 4 is secured at any specific height.
  • Further, the suspension cable 3 wound around the rolling roller 12 is divided into two sections or two members 3, 3′, which are respectively leans against the two lateral sides of the spaced-apart ring 121. The two members, 3, 3′ of the suspension cable 3 are isolated to avoid the entanglement. As shown in FIG. 4, when the suspension cable 3, 3′ are pulled, the two members 3, 3′ will not be entangled to produce fiction. Thus, the pulling force applied on the suspension cable when it is elevated or lowered will be lesser.
  • Due to the space between the spaced-apart ring 121, the members 3,3′ will not generate friction. Thus, heat generated by means of friction is avoided, and the broken off of the cable 3 as a result of frictional heat is avoided. The suspension cable 3 is durable in the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 5, the axle of the roller 12 is mounted with a bearing 123, such that the rolling of the roller 12 is smooth. The smoothness of the roller 12 reduces friction, and the pulling of the suspension cable 3 is simple and easy in lowering or elevating the clothes drying pole 4.
  • While certain novel features of this invention have been shown and described and are pointed out in the annexed claim, it is not intended to be limited to the details above, since it will be understood that various omissions, modifications, substitutions and changes in the forms and details of the device illustrated and in its operation can be made by those skilled in the art without departing in any way from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims (1)

1. A framework for drying clothes comprising a main pulley frame (1), a secondary pulley frame (2), a suspension cable (3) and a clothes-drying pole (4), the main pulley frame (1) and the secondary pulley frame (2) being mounted to the bottom surface of the floor, and the main pulley frame (10) including a rolling roller (12) pivotally mounted within a housing (11), the housing (11) mounted at the lower lateral side of the rolling roller (12) being provided with a press roller (13) without an axle, and the suspension cable (3) positioned between the rolling roller (12) and the pressing roller (13) and two suspension members (31) are positioned at the lower end of the suspension cable (3), and the clothes-drying pole (4) being placed between the two suspension members (31), characterized in that a spaced-apart ring (121) is formed along the circumferential edge of the rolling roller (12) and a circular groove (131) corresponding to the spaced-apart ring (121) is formed to the pressing roller (13), and by means of the clipping of the suspension cable (3) between the spaced-apart-ring (12) and the circular groove (131), the suspension cable (3), two adjacent cables (3) will not be entangled to each other.
