Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates to a necktie with a wearing attachment which is easy to wear and in which various designs can be used.
- 2. Description of the Related Art
- Neckties are worn by many people such as salaried workers. There are several kinds of tying methods of neckties. In any case, a knot is formed around the neck and a necktie is worn so that a large width portion and a small width portion may hang down in layers.
- However, it is difficult to wear a necktie and, as a result, the knot loses its shape and the length of a large width portion becomes improper. Even for the people who wear a necktie every day and are accustomed to that, it takes time to wear the necktie. Further, for the people having less chances to wear a necktie, old men, children, etc., it is very difficult for them to wear a necktie.
- Furthermore, in designing a necktie, the pattern and color of a cloth are the focus of attention. Thus, additional variations in materials, shapes of large width portions, etc., are very limited. Accordingly, it is difficult to largely broaden the limits of designing and introduce original designs.
- In order to solve these problems, some new neckties and wearing attachments are proposed. For example, a necktie wearing attachment is proposed in Patent Document: Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2003-89913. This is a wearing attachment shaped like a broach on the back side of which an attachment part for attaching this to a button of a shirt and a latch part for latching a necktie to the attachment part.
- When the necktie wearing attachment is used, it is easy for anyone to wear a necktie in a short time. Furthermore, it is able to give designs in shape, pattern, color, etc., to the necktie wearing attachment in the same way as to a brooch. Accordingly, the limits of designing a necktie can be largely expanded.
- However, in this necktie wearing attachment, a necktie is latched on the back side so that the large width portion and the small width portion may hang down in layers. Accordingly, since there is nothing corresponding to a knot of a necktie, the wearing attachment and the necktie seem to be existing separately. That is, there seems to be non-unification between the wearing attachment and the necktie, and there is a problem that makes people feel uncomfortable.
- Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment which even unpracticed persons, old men, and children can easily wear. Furthermore, it is another object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment in which the limits of designs are wide and original designs can be introduced. Moreover, it is another object of the present invention to provide a necktie with a wearing attachment in which not only the wide width portion of a necktie, but also the knot gives an impression close to conventional neckties.
- In order to attain the above objects, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a first aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a second aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are integrally formed, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a third aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a fourth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, a part of the necktie and the other part of the necktie are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a fifth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, a part of the necktie and the other part of the necktie are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be attachable to and removable from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- Furthermore, a necktie with a wearing attachment according to a sixth aspect of the present invention comprises a belt-shaped necktie; and a wearing attachment. In the necktie with a wearing attachment, the necktie and the wearing attachment are formed so as to be completely separate from each other, the wearing attachment contains at least one opening passing through the surface and back of the wearing attachment, and the necktie with the wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through the opening.
- The necktie with a wearing attachment of the present invention, which adopts the above measures, can be easily worn by even persons having a few chances of wearing a necktie, old men, children, etc. Furthermore, the limits of designs are widened and original designs can be introduced. Moreover, since the necktie of a wearing attachment is worn by passing the necktie through an opening of the wearing attachment, the wearing attachment and the necktie are integrated to obtain mental composure.

Then, the wearingattachment 3 contains asurface side 31, aback side 32, and oneopening 4 passing through the surface and back sides. Thus, the present invention is characterized in that a wearingattachment 3 contains anopening 4 through which anecktie 2 passes. - The material of the
necktie 2 is normally a cloth, but a flexible leather band, resin band, knitted band, etc., can be also used. Furthermore, the shape of thenecktie 2 can be made the same as general neckties by forming a large width portion on the side of oneend 21 which can be seen when thenecktie 2 is put on, but other designs can be also adopted. - Regarding the material of the wearing
attachment 3, a resin, wood, light metal, ceramic, glass, etc., can be used. Furthermore, the wearingattachment 3 can be formed in a free shape such as a polygonal shape, a shape representing animals and plants, and others although the wearingattachment 3 of a ring-shaped plate is shown inFIGS. 1A to 1C. Furthermore, instead of using a plate-like material, a material the section of which is circular or semicircular can be also used. Moreover, since a pattern and coloration are given to the surface and also a three-dimensional marking can be given, various designs can be used. - As shown in
FIG. 1B , theother end 22 of thenecktie 2 is folded back through theopening 4 of the wearingattachment 3, and the overlapping portions are stitched and connected at seams a and b. In this way, thenecktie 2 and the wearingattachment 3 are integrally formed. - When this
