Abstract
A pattern variable fabric drapery comprises an upper beam with a double-layered fabric drapery attached thereto wherein the upper section of the double-layered fabric drapery has a plurality of elongated tubular holes equidistantly disposed thereon for long rods to be adapted therein, and the lower section thereof has a plurality of symmetrical left and right tubular holes disposed thereon for left and right elongated rods to be adapted therein respectively The fabric drapery thereof also includes a plurality of left and right hanging pieces with hanging rings and central hanging pieces with cord-passage rings seamed into a Y-shaped pattern thereon for a left and a right pull cords to be adapted thereto; whereby, via the left and right pull cords without any preset extra length reserved, the fabric drapery thereof is gathered up with the lower section thereof raised up in a fan-like pattern and the upper section thereof withdrawn orderly in folds, economically simplifying the process of assembly and reducing the costs of materials as well as production thereof. Besides, the left and right hanging pieces thereof can also be seamed into two parallel lines thereon with the same effect thereof.
Description
- The present invention is related to a pattern variable fabric drapery, comprising an upper beam with a double-layered fabric drapery attached thereto wherein the upper section of the double-layered fabric drapery has a plurality of elongated tubular holes equidistantly disposed thereon for long rods to be adapted therein, and the lower section thereof has a plurality of symmetrical left and right tubular holes disposed thereon for left and right elongated rods to be adapted therein respectively. The fabric drapery thereof also includes a plurality of left and right hanging pieces with hanging rings and central hanging pieces with cord-passage rings seamed into a Y-shaped pattern thereon for a left and a right pull cords to be adapted thereto; whereby, via the left and right pull cords without any preset extra length reserved, the fabric drapery thereof is easily unfolded or quickly gathered up with the lower section thereof raised up in a fan-like pattern and the upper section thereof withdrawn orderly in folds, economically simplifying the process of assembly and reducing the costs of materials as well as production thereof. Besides, the left and right hanging pieces thereof can also be seamed into two parallel lines with the same effect thereof.
- Please refer to FIG. 1. A conventional folding blind structure comprises an
upper beam 10 and afabric drapery 20 attached thereto. Thefabric drapery 20 extending downwards has a plurality of equal spacedfolding lines 21 disposed from top to bottom thereon, each having acentral hanging ring 211 seamed at the middle thereof. The upper section of thefabric drapery 20 has a plurality of left and right hangingrings 212 disposed in parallel at both sides of thefolding lines 21 thereof. The middle section of thefabric drapery 20 is seamed with atubular hole 22 for anelongated rod 221 to be adapted therein, and the lower section thereof has a bottomtubular hole 23 for a pair of left andright bottom rods 231 to be led therein and sealed up at both sides thereof. A main driving means 11 disposed at one side of theupper beam 10, and a first and a second sub-driving means 12, 13 disposed at the center and the other side of theupper beam 10 thereof respectively are provided for apull cord unit 30 to be adapted thereto. - The
pull cord unit 30 is made up of a right and aleft pull cords central pull cord 33, amain pull cord 34, and a locatingpiece 35. When thefabric drapery 20 is fully unfolded and extended downwards, theright pull cord 31 is attached at one end to the locatingpiece 35 suspending beneath the main driving means 11 and then reserved for a preset extra length before passed through the main driving means 11 and the first and the second sub-driving means 12, 13 respectively and led through the right hangingrings 212 to be attached to thetubular hole 22 at the other end thereof Thecentral pull cord 33 is attached at one end to the locatingpiece 35 thereof before passed through the main driving means 11 and the first sub-driving means 12 respectively and led downwards through thecentral hanging rings 211 to be attached at the other end to abottom ring 24 disposed at the bottomtubular hole 23 thereof Theleft pull cord 32 is attached at one end to the locatingpiece 35 and then reserved for a preset extra length before led through the main driving means 11 and extended downwards to pass through the left hangingrings 212 and attach to thetubular hole 22 at the other end thereof Themain pull cord 34 is attached to the bottom of the locatingpiece 35 thereof and extended downwards for a proper length. - Please refer to FIG. 2. To gather up the
conventional fabric drapery 20 thereof, the locatingpiece 35 is pulled downwards via themain pull cord 35 to draw up first the lower section of thefabric drapery 20 via thecentral pull cord 33 with both left andright bottom rods 231 suspending downwards, figuring out a fan-like pattern at the bottom thereof. When the preset extra length thereof are fully stretched downwards, the right andleft pull cords elongated rod 221 levelly to fold up the upper section of thefabric drapery 20 orderly via thefolding lines 211 thereof to complete the withdrawal of thefabric drapery 20 thereof. - There are some drawbacks to such
conventional drapery fabric 20. First, thepull cord unit 30 made up of the right andleft pull cords central pull cord 33 is adapted to the main driving means 11 and the first and second sub-driving means 12, 13, which is quite complicated in assembly. Second,central hanging rings 211, and left and right hangingrings 212 are disposed at the center and the upper lateral sides of thefabric drapery 20 thereof, which are tedious and time-consuming in production. Third, preset extra length of the right andleft pull cords fabric drapery 20 thereof, which uneconomically boost the cost of materials and production thereof. - It is, therefore, the primary purpose of the present invention to provide a pattern variable fabric drapery, comprising an upper beam with a double-layered fabric drapery attached thereto wherein the upper section of the double-layered fabric drapery has a plurality of elongated tubular holes disposed thereon for long rods to be adapted therein, and the lower section thereof has a plurality of symmetrical left and right tubular holes disposed thereon for left and right elongated rods to be adapted therein respectively. The fabric drapery thereof also has a plurality of left and right hanging pieces with hanging rings, and central hanging pieces with cord-passage rings seamed into a Y-shaped pattern thereon, matching to a left and a right pull cords; whereby, via the left and right pull cords without any preset extra length reserved, the fabric drapery thereof is easily unfold or quickly withdrawn, economically simplifying the process of assembly and reducing the costs of materials as well as production thereof.

- Please refer to FIG. 3. The present invention is related to a pattern variable fabric drapery, comprising an
upper beam 40 with a double-layered fabric drapery 50 attached thereto. The upper section of the double-layeredfabric drapery 50 is provided with a plurality of elongatedtubular holes 51 equidistantly distributed thereon, each formed by an upper and alower seaming lines long rod 513 to be adapted therein. The lower section of the double-layeredfabric drapery 50 has a plurality of symmetrical left and righttubular holes 52 equidistantly arranged thereon, each pair thereof formed by an upper and alower sewing lines elongated rods 523 to be adapted therein respectively. Both outer sides of the elongatedtubular holes 51 and the left and righttubular holes 52 thereof are sealed up for location of thelong rods 513 and the left and rightelongated rods 523 thereof respectively. A plurality of left and righthanging pieces 514 each with ahanging ring 5141 attached thereto are symmetrically seamed into a V-shaped pattern at theupper seaming lines 511 of the elongatedtubular holes 51 thereof, while a plurality of centralhanging pieces 524 each with a cord-passage ring 5241 attached thereto are vertically disposed at the center of theupper sewing lines 521 of the left and righttubular holes 52, matching to the left and righthanging pieces 514 thereof to form a Y-shaped pattern at thefabric drapery 50 thereon. - A driving means41 is disposed at one side of the
upper beam 40 thereof for a left and aright pull cords right pull cords rings 5141 of the left and right hangingpieces 514 respectively to come down together through the cord-passage rings 5241 of the centralhanging pieces 524 and be tied up respectively to the last cord-passage ring 5241 disposed at the bottom of thefabric drapery 50 thereof. The other end of the left andright pull cords fabric drapery 50 thereof. - Please refer to FIGS. 4, 5. To gather up the
fabric drapery 50 thereof, the left andright pull cords upper beam 40 thereof are pulled downwards to withdraw the left andright pull cords pieces 514 thereof and the centralhanging pieces 524 thereof and fold up thefabric drapery 50 therewith. In a half-drawn stage of thefabric drapery 50, the left andright pull cords fabric drapery 50 by the centralhanging pieces 524 thereof with the left and the rightelongated rods 523 suspending downwards at both sides thereof, variably figuring out a fan-like pattern at the bottom thereof as shown in FIG. 4. To fully gather up thefabric drapery 50, the left andright pull cords fabric drapery 50 thereof in a fan-like shape, and then fold up the upper section of thefabric drapery 50 orderly via thelong rods 513 raised levelly upwards by the withdrawn left andright pull cords hanging pieces 514 and centralhanging pieces 524 seamed into a Y-shaped pattern matching to the left andright pull cords fabric drapery 50 thereof is easily unfold or variably withdrawn, economically simplifying the process of assembly and reducing the costs of materials and production thereof. - Please refer to FIG. 6. A plurality of parallel left and right hanging
pieces 514′ with hangingrings 5141′ attached thereto can also be disposed at the upper section of afabric drapery 50′ having a plurality of equidistantlong rods 51′ adapted at the upper section thereof. The left and righthanging pieces 514′ are seamed in parallel toupper seaming lines 511′ of thelong rods 51′ thereof for the left andright pull cords fabric drapery 50′ orderly in folds via thelong rods 51′ when the left andright pull cords
Claims (3)
1. A pattern variable fabric drapery, comprising an upper beam with a double-layered fabric drapery attached thereto; the present invention being characterized by that,
the upper section of the double-layered fabric drapery having a plurality of elongated tubular holes equidistantly distributed thereon, each formed by an upper and a lower seaming lines for a long rod to be adapted therein, and the lower section of the double-layered fabric drapery having a plurality of symmetrical left and right tubular holes equidistantly arranged thereon, each pair thereof formed by an upper and a lower sewing lines and sealed up in the middle thereof for a pair of left and right elongated rods to be adapted therein respectively; both outer sides of the elongated tubular holes and the left and right tubular holes thereof being sealed up for location of the long rods and the left and right elongated rods thereof respectively;
a plurality of left and fight hanging pieces each with a hanging ring attached thereto being symmetrically disposed at the upper seaming lines of the elongated tubular holes thereof, while a plurality of central hanging pieces each with a cord-passage ring attached thereto being vertically disposed at the center of the upper seaming lines of the left and right tubular holes;
a driving means being disposed at one side of the upper beam thereof for a left and a right pull cords to adapted thereto and suspended downwards at one end thereof; the other end of the left and right pull cords being passed through the hanging rings of the left and right hanging pieces respectively to come down together through the cord-passage rings of the central hanging pieces thereof and tie up respectively to the last cord-passage ring disposed at the bottom of the fabric drapery thereof;
whereby, to gather up the fabric drapery, the left and right pull cords are drawn downwards to first raise up the lower section of the fabric drapery thereof via the central hanging pieces with the left and right elongated rods suspending downwards at both sides in a fan-like shape, and then to fold up the upper section of the fabric drapery orderly in folds via the long rods raised levelly upwards by the left and right hanging pieces thereof to complete the withdrawal of the fabric drapery thereof.
2. The pattern variable fabric drapery as claimed in claim 1 wherein the left and right hanging pieces with hanging rings attached thereto are symmetrically seamed to the upper seaming lines of the elongated tubular holes thereof, variably figuring out a V-shaped pattern at the upper section of the fabric drapery thereof.
3. The pattern variable fabric drapery as claimed in claim 1 wherein the left and right hanging pieces with hanging rings thereof can also be linearly seamed to the upper seaming lines of the elongated tubular holes thereof, variably figuring out two parallel lines at the upper section of the fabric drapery thereof.
