That is, in the event thata prisoner renders a lock useless by jamming or otherwise injuring the lock mechanism by driving something into the key opening of the plug, the cylinder and plug can be removed from the lock asa unit, a

' new unit substituted therefor, and the injured unit-returned to the place of manufacture for repair or renewal. The advantages of this feature will be obvious.
