- This invention relatesto conveyer rolls of the anti-friction type, and has for an object to provide an improved roll that is simple in design, composed of Vrelatively few parts, and which is substantial, durable and eiiicient in operation. Another object is to produce an improved conveyer roll which is comparatively inexpensive to manufacture. A further object is to provide an improved anti-friction7 journal bearing for conveyer rolls with a simple, compact and novel arrangement for supplying lubricant to the bearings. It consists in certain features and elements of construction, in combination, as herein sho-wn and described and' as indicated by the claims.

This invention relatesto conveyer rolls of the anti-friction type, and has for an object to provide an improved roll that is simple in design, composed of Vrelatively few parts, and which is substantial, durable and eiiicient in operation. Another object is to produce an improved conveyer roll which is comparatively inexpensive to manufacture. A further object is to provide an improved anti-friction7 journal bearing for conveyer rolls with a simple, compact and novel arrangement for supplying lubricant to the bearings. It consists in certain features and elements of construction, in combination, as herein sho-wn and described and' as indicated by the claims.

Referring now in detail to the drawing: The conveyer roll, as illustrated, includes a f tubular body, 10, journaled on a shaft, 11,
