• My invention consists of a simple construc tion of the sprinkler. whereby the valves are located close to the perforated sprinkling-pipe, so that the flow of the water can be stopped and started more directly than in the sprinklers as heretofore arranged; and the arrangement is such-that access to the valves for cleaning, repairing, and adjusting them is had more readily and with less trouble than as heretofore arranged.
