The object or" the present invention is to provide a celluloid doll formed in the representation of a baby holding: a bottle, the bottle being transparent and containing a substance resemblingmilk. in c'ombimltion With a concealed container in which the substance flows when the object is tilted or laid upon its back.

The invention will be understood by reference to the accompanying drawing, in Which- Figure l is a front elevation of a doll constructcd in accordance with the invention;

Referring to the drawings it will be seen that the derice illustrated in lligures l to inclusive consists of a hollow doll shaped figure A which is preferably made of cel luloid and consists of the representation ot a baby which shown seated. if desired, shot or pebbles may be placed Within the device so that it may serve as e rattle.

The baby-representation holds a bottle which, when the device is tilted, causes a substance to [low therefrom into a hidden container. Such an arrangement has heretofore been proposed, the substance Within the bottle being a liquid, colored White to resemble milk. It has been impossible heretofore, however, to use such an arrangement when the bottle is termed of c lluloid, bezruse celluloid is slightly porous and the liquid is gradually absorbed, evaporating upon the exterior of the bottle imperceptibly but surely. in the course of a lien Weeks the entire liquid contents of the bottle hare disappeared. it is the specific object of this invention to provide a doll with bottle, which may be entirely of celluloid, With the exception of the substance Within the bottle, and to so construct the bottle-representation that it may be held by the Wells of the ligure so that the hidden container may lie Within the head or body of the doll.
