KEY HOLDER.

T all whom it may concern Be it known that I, CLARENCE B. DAVID- SON, a citizen of the United States,

at Unionville, in the county of Putnam and Estate of Missouri, have invented new and useful Improvements in Key Holders, of which the following is a specification.

This invention relates to a key holder or case, and an object of the invention is to provide a key case in which keys may be so as to preand it also comprises a flexcontained in flatwise position, vent bulklness,

, ible case of non-abrasive material which will not cut, wear or tear the pocket of the user.

Another object of this invention is to provide a key case or holder as specified which comprises a case or fold having a main body WlllCll carrles a plurality of key carrying posts and to provide endfiaps onthe body which have female fastener sections adapted to receive male fastener sections on the post to permit the fastening of the keys in position.

The posts 3 have male snap fasteners 6 on their outer ends, which are adapted to be received by the female section 7 of snap fasteners, which sections 7 are carried by the end flaps 8 of the case 1. When the'keys are-placed in position, as shown in Fig. 2 of the drawings, the end flaps 8 are folded over and the sections of the snap fasteners are connected which holds the flaps 8 folded over the handles of the case 1 and holds the case firmly in place permitting 'thekeys to lie .flat in the case. The case 1 has closure flaps 10 and 11 formed on its side edges which areheld together in key enclosing position by means of a snap fastener 12 of any approved construction.

It is, of course, to be understood that the invention may be constructed in other manners'and the parts associated 1n different} relations and, therefore, I do not desire to be limited in any manner except as set forth in the claims hereunto appended.'

Having thus described my invention what I claim 1s: 1

'1. In a key holder, a case, post members carried by said case at each end thereof, end

flaps on said case, male snap fastener. sectionscarried' by said end flaps. to permit a connection of the end flaps and posts for holding keys upon the post.

2. In a keyholder, acase, a plurality of posts carried by said case, end flaps on said. case, male snap fastener sections carried by said posts, and female snap fastener sections carried by said end flaps to permit connectionof the end flaps and posts for holding keys upon the posts, and enclosing flaps carried at the edges of said case.
