IMPROVEMENT IN SPRING-CRADLES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 141,032, dated July 22, 1873; application tiled June 7, 1873.
CASE A'.
To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, FRANKLIN GHIOHESTER, of Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee and State of Wisconsin, have invented a new and useful Improvement in Spring Cradles, of
which the following is a specification:
an elevated stand or base, forming the legs` upon which the body of the cradle or crib rests. Disaspiral,coil, or other spring,which Gis,
is placed between the extension B andthe elevated base C, upon which the body is supported. These springs, one at each end, raise the extension and body from the base, as seen in the drawing, which allows the cradle or crib to rock back and forth on the springs, the rocking motion being limited to the width of the openings E E between the extension and the base.
Having thus described myinvention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The separate pieces A, B, and C, with spaces E E between them, combined with the intermediate sprng D, arranged to support and allow the cradle to rock, in the mann er described.
