This invention relates to it (lost remover for ash cans and the like.

T he invention has a further object the provision of e (lust hood. for ash cans which is connected up with the chimney flue in such manner as to expel the (lust through the chimney.

A further object of the invention. is the provision of a (lust hood of the )OVQ n1entionecl character which is adjustable no to height from the floor so that on ash can or other receptacle of any rlesiresl height may be accommodated unrler the hoorl.
