SCHIMMEL, :1 citizen of the United States, residing at Providence, in the rounty of Providence and State of Rhode Island, have invented. certain new and useful Improvements in Grounding Devices, of which the folli'iwing is a specification.

Myinventicn rel iites to grounding devices and more particularly to the means for con meeting an insulaiiug head to an electrical conduit.
