The outer rim C is made as a hoop, with the upper i andlower portions of the wire dented, to hold the wires D in proper position.
The radial wires D are bent around a ring, to hohl them all together at the center. The outer ends are bent around-the wire G or rim, and are held in place :by being laid in the dents, or held by small whipping- DAVID ESR-OE.
