Abstract

An electric submersible multi-stage pump has modules-sections installed in sequence in the body of the pump on its shaft. Each module between the pack of working stages of the pump and journal-bearing comprises a dispersing labyrinth-screw stage that has a helical rotor installed on the pump shaft and bushing stator, which encloses it, installed in the pump body. The helical rotor is installed in contact with thrust collar of bearing and with end of working wheel hub of the first working stage. Directions of screw blades of the helical rotor and bushing-stator are opposite to each other. Working wheels of the pump working stages are installed on the shaft with possibility of restricted displacement along it, at operation of the pump hubs of working wheels in sequence abut against one another, screw rotor, thrust collar and foot bearing. The foot bearing is conjugated in sphere with specially provided socket in the body of the bearing, with formation of hinged joint with it. The increased reliability of operation is provided at minimal diameter and minimal length of the pump, high characteristics of efficiency and pressure.
