Abstract

The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and relates to methods and devices for extraction of free gold from alluvial deposits and ores. According to the method gold-bearing ore is prepared, absorbent based on the liquid hydrocarbons with the density below than the density of the said pulp is used, the contact of the ore with the absorbent is provided, free gold is separated from the absorbent by filtration. According to the invention, the volume contact of the ore with the absorbent is realized by filtering the pulp through at least one layer of absorbent, which has the oxidation potential (Eh) and is characterized by the adhesion value to free gold not less than 40 Pa. The claimed device includes: a separator 1, inlet branch for gold pulp 2 into the separator 1, pulp outlet branch 3 from the separator 1, absorbent inlet branch 4 into the separator 1 absorbent outlet branch 5, filter 6, connected to the absorbent outlet branch 5. The separator 1 contains at least one absorbent layer 8 based on the liquid hydrocarbons with oxidation potential (Eh) and adhesion value to free gold not less than 40 Pa. Absorbent layer 8 acts as a filter for filtering gold pulp. Technical result: increasing the efficiency of fine size free gold extraction, the sensitivity of detection of free gold – 20-40 mg/t and selectivity of the selection - 1 speck per 70-100 million small-grained alluvial quartz sand.
