Abstract

The invention relates to oil-and-gas industry, in particular to devices for repair of wells through separation and extraction from wells of damaged pipe strings and filtration strings. Inner hydraulic pipe cutter has body that is equipped with small cylinder filled with hydraulic liquid, and four radial cylinders with channels, there spring-loaded plungers with cutters are installed. The body is connected to large cylinder with radial openings, there a spring-loaded stepped piston is installed, with lower section with small diameter, this goes to small cylinder, and with upper part with large diameter, there radial openings are provided. The invention makes it possible, due to increase of cutter penetration force, centering those and signaling on end of cutting process through sudden decrease of pressure of washing liquid pumped in, to increase reliability of operation of pipe cutter as whole.
