Abstract

The aim of the invention is to decrease losses of grain, to gather chaff and weed seeds, to obtain biologically valuable grain while combined harvesting of farm crops, to raise output and reliability of a harvester. Ears are combed out from the plants not yet cut down, biologically valuable grain is separated from the obtained mass, it is cleaned, separately from other grain, loaded into containers and unloaded at the field on the move of a combined harvester. The other heap is threshed, the grain is cleaned and it is loaded into other containers, which are also unloaded at the field. The chaff and straw with residual grain after threshing and cleaning are bailed, packed into film or containers, and also unloaded at the field. A modular grain harvester consists of a power unit, a front harvesting-cultivating assembly and a rear packing-unloading one, which are connected by grain conveyers, and nongrain part with the residual grain. The front assembly includes a combing device, a separator, a thresher, a cleaner, those are modular. The rear assembly includes grain packer, a press, a packer of rolls into film, intermediate and unloading conveyers for unloading the containers and rolls at the field.
