Abstract
A unit for frying seeds and nuts includes a loading tank, connected with a screw transporting element, made in such a manner as to allow rotating, an oven, a heating element or elements, a fan, connected with the oven, an opening for pouring a product. In addition, the loading tank is made in such a manner as to allow storing the product, in particular seeds and nuts, the screw transporting element is arranged in a spout or in a body, connected with the oven through an opening for delivery of the product into the oven. In doing so, in the oven the heating element or elements are arranged, and the fan is mounted in such a manner as to allow blowing the heating element or the elements. The oven is mounted in such a manner as to allow rotating in opposite sides and made in such a manner as to allow, while rotating in one side, keeping the product inside, and, while rotating in the other side, pouring the product through openings for pouring the of the product. In doing so, under the oven a tunnel is arranged in such a manner as to allow pouring the product through the openings for pouring the product into a hollow of the tunnel, which has an opening in the lower part thereof and through is connected with the hollow of the tunnel, in which a floating thermos is mounted, through said opening.
