(57) Изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, а именно к конструкциям устройств для гидропластической обработки цилиндрических зубчатых колес. Агрегат для гидропластической обработки цилиндрических зубчатых колес содержит вертикальный гидравлический пресс со смонтированным на его .столе устройством для гидропластической обработки, имеющим рабочий инструмент Агрегат снабжен пакетирующим устройством для формирования стопы зубчатых колес, подлежащих обработке, манипулятором отводным устройством, желобом для отвода готовых деталей, а также ориентирующими устройствами, посредством которых производится ориентирование зубчатых колес. Привод перемещения указанных устройств осуществляется от гидроцилиндров. Пуансон установлен на опорах в плите подвижного суппорта посредством подпятника. Агрегат оснащен съемными устройствами с захватами. Рабочий инструмент выполнен в виде пакета дисковых деформирующих элементов, неподвижно установленных в бандаже и снабженных радиальными канавками, связанными с полостью высокого давления гидроцилиндра высокого давления. Ради--альные канавки могут быть образованы в прокладочных шайбах, расположенных между дисковыми деформирующими элементами. Каждый из последних имеет заходную наклонную часть, расположенную под углом 2-12°, и выходную часть под углом 3-15°. Между этими частями расположена калибрующая часть высотой 0,5-5 мм. Обработка зубчатых колес производится путем их подачи и проталкивания поочередно через дисковые деформирующие элементы. The movement of these devices is driven by hydraulic cylinders. The punch is mounted on supports in the movable support plate by means of a thrust bearing. The unit is equipped with removable grippers. The working tool is made in the form of a package of disc deforming elements, fixedly mounted in the band and provided with radial grooves connected with the high pressure cavity of the high pressure hydraulic cylinder. Radial grooves can be formed in spacers located between the disc deforming elements. Each of the latter has an inlet inclined part located at an angle of 2-12 °, and an outlet part at an angle of 3-15 °. Between these parts is a calibrating part with a height of 0.5-5 mm. The processing of gears is carried out by feeding and pushing them alternately through the disc deforming elements. Packing of gears is performed during the processing process, which achieves the maximum combination of working and auxiliary movements of the actuators of individual functional devices 13 z p. f-ly, 9 ill.
