Abstract
A method for increase of power efficiency of a mine two-side radial ventilator unit of main ventilation in which air is supplied to the working wheel through inlet boxes, axial guide apparatuses (AGA) and inlet branch pipes placed downstream of those. In the two-side radial ventilator one disconnects the second working wheel in the main disc by working paddles, with disconnection of part of inlet branch pipe in the vertical wall of the spiral body, with closing it with a plug. After disconnection of half of two-side wheel paddles of the AGA are dismantled, control of parameters of feeding and pressure of ventilator is carried out by means of the AGA placed at the other side of the body, with higher value of static efficiency and lower values of power consumption of ventilator and ventilator unit, respectively.
