Abstract
The method of treating the perforated ulcer of duodenum includes surgery and postoperative drug therapy with the application of Dalargin. Dalargin is administered at the dose 50-55 μg/kg of the mass of the body of patient twice in a 24 hour period together with the inhibitor of enkephalinase- Natrofinom at the dose of 200mg, three times in a 24 hour period by the general course of 8-10 days.
