Abstract

Пристрій для оксихлорування містить реактор, нижній обмежувач для псевдозрідженого шару каталізатора, газопровід (розподільні труби), розташовані вище обмежувача і всередині псевдозрідженого шару каталізатора, із соплами, при цьому сопла входять в труби, газопровід, розташований нижче обмежувача, і труби, що проходять через обмежувач. Сопла розподілені по всьому поперечному перерізу реактора, і труби пропускають вихідний потік газу переважно в протитечії з потоком газу, що створює псевдозріджений шар каталізатора, при цьому простір між верхніми кінцями труб, які проходять через обмежувач труб, і нижніми кінцями труб, у які входять сопла, утворює зону змішування, що має розміри, при яких уже відбувається змішування кожного з компонентів реакцій з каталізатором.
