Abstract
The method for determination of fetomaternal transfusion size is carried out by the count of amount of fetus erythrocytes in a smear of maternal blood. The size of transfusion is determined by the ratio of amount of fetus erythrocytes and the common number of erythrocytes in smear of maternal blood. If its value is 0,1-0,5% the mean transfusion is diagnosed. If the value is 0,6-1,0% the significant transfusion is diagnosed. If the value is than 1,0% the massive fetus-maternal hemorrhage is diagnosed.
