Abstract
The invention relates to food industry. A process comprises extraction of vegetable raw material with ethanol aqueous solution, and extract concentration. Coltsfoot or Saint-John's-wort herb are used as vegetable raw material and extraction is carried out in counterflow extractor of continuous action with 56-80 % aqueous ethanole solution at 55-600C during 4-6 hours, at that calcium chloride in quantity, which provide calcium ion content of 95-100 mg-eqv/dm3 is preliminary added into an extragent, and then it is acidified.
