Abstract
1. Объект изобретения: макролидные антибиотики, способ их получения, композиции для лечения животных и человека, композиция и способ борьбы с вредителями сельского хозяйства. 2. Отрасль использования: медицина, сельское хозяйство. 3. Сущность изобретения: макролидные соединения общей формулы I где R1 - метил, этил или изопропил, R2 - водород, C1-C8-алкил или C3-C8-алкенил, при этом группа =NOR2 находится в Е-конфигурации, OR3 - гидроксильная или замещенная гидроксильная группа OR4, где R4 - C1-C6-алкил, C1-C5-ацил, алкоксикарбонил CО2R5 или CONHR5, где R5 - C1-C4-алкил, обладающие антибиотической и инсектицидной активностью. 6 з. и 15 н. п. ф-лы.
