Abstract
An oxygen lance comprises the concentric located pipes, forming chains of supply of oxygen, supply and tap of a cooler, capping with nozzles and transitive channels, which connect chains of supply and a tap of cooler. At each transitive channel two additional channels are made, connected to transitive channel and symmetrically located on its both sides, and at the output transitive channels are supplied with a ring insert, ratio of the cross section to area of which cross section area of additional channel makes 1 : (1.1-1.2).
