Abstract

Розкриваються сполуки формули (І): , (I) де R1-R8, А, В, Z1 і Z2 мають значення, визначені у формулі винаходу, і їх фармацевтично прийнятні солі, і складні ефіри. Сполуки формули (І) мають застосовність як антагоністи андрогенових рецепторів (інгібіторів) і/або інгібіторів цитохром Р450-монооксигенази 17(-гідроксилази/17,20-ліази (CYP17). Сполуки є придатними як лікарські засоби для лікування раку, зокрема раку передміхурової залози, а також інших андрогензалежних патологічних станів і захворювань, коли бажана антагоністична дія відносно андрогенів.
