Середньотемпературний термоелектрик, який містить нонаталій (І) гексаселенобісмутит Tl9BiSe6 і талій (І) диселенобісмутит TlBiSe2, причому вихідні компоненти складають нонваріантний евтектичний композит Tl5.63Bi0.70Se3.67. Термоелектрик, що заявляється, проявляє високу термоелектричну добротність вже при досить низькій температурі.The invention relates to the fields of alternative energy, inorganic materials science and inorganic chemistry. Medium-temperature thermoelectric containing nonallium (I) hexaselenobismuthite Tl9BiSe6 and thallium (I) dieselenobismutite TlBiSe2, with the original components being non-variant eutectic composite Tl5.63Bi0.70Se3.67Se3.67Se3.67. The claimed thermoelectric exhibits high thermoelectric figure of merit even at a sufficiently low temperature.
