Термоелектрик, що заявляється, проявляє високу термоелектричну добротність вже при досить низькій температурі.The invention relates to the fields of alternative energy, inorganic materials science and inorganic chemistry. Medium-temperature thermoelectric containing nonallium (I) hexaselenobismuthite Tl9BiSe6 and thallium (I) dieselenobismutite TlBiSe2, with the original components being non-variant eutectic composite Tl5.63Bi0.70Se3.67Se3.67Se3.67. The claimed thermoelectric exhibits high thermoelectric figure of merit even at a sufficiently low temperature.
