Abstract

Винахід належить до аналітичної хімії та фармацевтичного аналізу, а саме до способу капілярного електрофорезу для кількісного аналізу складу характеристичних олігосахаридів, присутніх в еноксапарині натрію. Спосіб використовують для кількісного визначення усіх структурних елементів, у тому числі і дисахаридів, трисахаридів, тетрасахаридів і особливо олігосахаридів, що мають 1,6-ангідрокільце, що є унікальними сполуками еноксапарину натрію, отриманих в результаті вичерпного ферментативного розщеплення сумішшю гепариназ І, II, III і так далі, для кількісного визначення молярного відсотка олігосахаридів, що мають 1,6-ангідрокільце в еноксапарині натрію. Спосіб можна використовувати для фармацевтичного контролю якості еноксапарину натрію в процесі виробництва.
