Abstract
Даний винахід забезпечує спосіб боротьби з бур′янами в озимій культурі Brassica та толерантні до гербіцидів озимі рослини Brassica. Спосіб включає здійснення обробки толерантної до гербіцидів (HT) рослини Brassica вищезгаданої культури шляхом внесення гербіцидної композиції, яка містить сульфонілсечовину(и) (SU). Вищезгадана обробка може бути післясходовою обробкою, передсходовою обробкою або передпосівною обробкою. Рослини згідно з винаходом експресують фермент AHAS, який є толерантним до дії одного або кількох інгібіторів ферменту AHAS. The method involves the treatment of herbicide tolerant (HT) Brassica plants of the above-mentioned culture by introducing a herbicidal composition containing sulfonylurea (s) (SU). The aforementioned processing may be post-seed treatment, pre-seed treatment or pre-seed treatment. The plants of the invention express the AHAS enzyme which is tolerant to the action of one or more AHAS enzyme inhibitors. In particular, the aforementioned Brassica plants contain at least one herbicide-tolerant AHASL gene (HT-AHASL), with only one of the HT-AHASL genes in the plant encoding a sulfonylurea tolerance herbicide (SU-HT) mono- and g57-, which is W57, which is W57 SU-HT-AHASL, which may optionally encode other HT mutation (s), and the aforementioned mono-SU-HT-AHASL gene is located in genome A of the aforementioned Brassica plant.
